"This property is old and needs better maintenance. Lawn wasn't mowed, old furniture, hard bed, the mini fridge was ancient and hard to open, very noisy with highway nearby. I wouldn't stay here again."

"House was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. We cannot say enough about the sunroom on the back of the house overlooking the river. We sat out there and read every day, did a puzzle out there, and ate our meals out there. View is fantastic and so relaxing. Be careful driving near the house in the evening and a night -- lots of deer in the area. It was an easy drive along the river to get into Louisville and only about 20 minutes away. Grocery store was very close by. Communication with host also was great. We really enjoyed our stay!"

"The initial address was a little confusing and took us to the wrong spot, but once we arrived, we were very happy. The property is beautiful and spacious, and we loved waking up to the sight of deer in the field every morning. Highly recommend!"

"Room was clean when we arrived. Room should have been cleaned every day. It was not cleaned at all during our 3 day stay. Other rooms were leaving trash bags in the hallway. Now I know why. We came back to the room as we left it. I got clean towels from desk clerk. A note was made to clean the room the next day. The next day, we were told there was only one cleaning person and they didn't know if they'd get to our room. It didn't get cleaned. Breakfast was minimal. They had cheerios in a bin. Prewrapped sausage egg biscuits and muffins. No batter for waffle makers. On our last day, there was nothing for breakfast. The only ice machine they had was out of order. We managed to get some ice out of it before it melted. We had to buy ice. A room near/next to ours kept playing loud music. My husband complained a couple times but the music stopped before they could figure out where it was coming from. At one point, we pounded on the wall to the room next door. It stopped. However they played it several times a day. One time, it was 7:15am."

"On a 10 day road trip and 10 different hotels, this was the best (most were all different branded hotels but similar rates). Super clean, great staff. Only gripe would be the breakfast; the eggs and sausage were the worst we had of our trip. Probably the cheapest powdered eggs and sausage available. I made a bagel sandwich to try to cover the taste, as i didn't want to pay for a breakfast elsewhere."
