"Great location. Lovely exterior close to everything. Inside starting to look tired with things starting to fall apart. We couldn’t find a chopping board or any cutting knives and only one steak knife so made it difficult to prepare food. "

"I cannot fault the superb standards of this wonderful hub in the heart of Warners Bay. It has something for everyone & its the one place I never feel worried about my safety, my luggage, if I lose a key or if I have a special request. Lately my arthritis has rendered me immobile so the extra consideration from staff to meet my needs has been greatly appreciated & they never make me feel like anything is a hassle. The quality of staff at the motel is met also with the same impeccable customer service at the hotel & restaurant next door. "

"The property was clean, comfortable, spacious and quiet. It was very well stocked with all basic amenities. The welcome drinks and snacks were very well received. Unfortunately the weather during our stay was extremely cold, wet and windy, so we were unable to make use of the lovely outdoor area, however we were warm and dry inside. It will definitely be our preferred accommodation when staying in Newcastle."

It has good amenities: TV Washing machine/dryer, 2 bathrooms, dishwasher, fridge, toaster, kettle etc, however cleanliness is lacking - it could do with a deep clean."
