This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

Would highly recommend this stay. Easy walk to all of the bars/restaurants on King St and very conveniently located. This house had everything we needed and communication with the host was quick and easy. Bedrooms were spacious and beds comfortable.
Excellent property and great location! Only piece of advice I would offer is that the parking is very tight so bring a more compact car if you can. Thank you for a great stay and communication!
The property was lively and in great location. Unfortunately we had extremely rude and loud neighbors the ladt night. The manager was very responsive and did all she could to take care of the siruation
We took an adult trip with 2 other couples.This place was perfect with 3 king beds and 3 baths. Check in was easy, I love that I had the option to pre buy drinks and snacks and they were there when we arrived! Parking was tight. We had a minivan and a great driver, so it wasn’t horrible, but yes tight.Location was perfect. The place was so clean and accurately described.The property management company was quick to reply with any questions I had.Great pick!
The beautiful, top floor unit is a place for memories, comfort and relaxation. Our family met from California n Florida to enjoy the Charleston charm. Unfortunately, a death in family required us to shorten our stay. The roominess of the property was used by the five of us with plenty of space for kitchen gathering games and dining space. The space is exactly as described. We will certainly look to reschedule another occasion.
The property was a great place to stay - loved some of the historical charm that was retained! Beds were extremely comfortable and it was great for each couple to have their own space / bathroom. We enjoyed sitting out on the porch . It was a good location to King St and everywhere was pretty walkable. The only downside is not knowing the area we were unaware that it was so close to the college and that we were among college students living in the area. It got a little loud at times with some day time parties. Other than that it was a great place to stay.
The location is fantastic. We brought our 7-year-old with us, and everything was perfect, as it was distant enough for him to walk. Reccomend getting ice cream at Jenni's.
Enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Very comfortable beds, nicely appointed. Laundry facilities were available though we didn't use. Would stay here again if we needed the space.
This property is very well located and was just as described. It is perfect for three couples with or without a baby and is in a very easy walking distance to King Street or an Uber or pedi-cab to other downtown destinations. Property is very clean and met all of our expectations. The managers are very accommodating and eager to please. We all agreed we would return.
The location is great!!! And the house itself has been beautifully renovated. My husband and I normally stay in the Shem Creek area when we come down for the weekend, but decided to try this home when we saw the pictures. So glad we did!! We will definitely stay here again in the future. Quick responses when we had questions. The parking area is a little tight for a large truck, but having additional parking down from the house was a good option. Thanks again for a great stay.
This very charming rental was just perfect for three couples. It was in easy walking distance of both King and Queen Streets. The information for thing to do and places to eat were very informative. We would add Chubby Fish to the list of restaurants, it had delioush food and was in easy walking distance to the rental. The one problem we had was taken care of in a very timely and efficient manner. We did think the parking was very tight for a large vehicle. We would highly recommend this rental.
Communicative host, however, there were quite a few issues. The WiFi didn’t work at all during our trip, the washer was covered with black mold (they came to clean it once asked, but after doing a load of laundry I found out the washer doesn’t drain properly anyways), the ACs didn’t cool easily/the living room split unit leaked the entire trip and the showers had poor water pressure. Host was able to organize an early check in (by two hours) after months of me asking, but charged 170. Would not book this rental again.
The only negative about this property was the next door neighbor was pretty rude. When we first got there, we pulled into his parking area accidentally (did not park there) and he was extremely rude about it. Other than that the area was really nice!
Stayed with Mom and 4 sisters for a weekend. Unit was great- attractive; nicely appointed with everything we needed (once we discovered the "hidden" drawers in the kitchen :)- ); clean; comfy beds; and decent bathrooms. The location is about 3 blocks to King St. and very walkable. Loved the nearby coffee shop Babas which we visited every morning. We did not drive so can't comment on parking. Easily found Uber rides from the house. Some party noise from the street (college students celebrating Halloween) . Communication with Management was excellent- they were very responsive and helpful. Would stay here again.
