Needed a spot for siblings and their spouses to attend a family shower. This venue offered an ideal spot to reconnect whether over coffee in the spacious kitchen or wine on the veranda. Location ideal to explore city although we didn’t want to leave. Super comfortable.

Excellent home in the perfect location

We had a wonderful stay. The home was beautiful and well stocked. I have severe asthma and they did an excellent job accommodating my requests for scent free cleaning. The home was in a great location and had a private reserved parking space which was very convenient. The host was very responsive to any questions we had and we hope to return for.another stay again in the future. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

Everything about the property was as described and was in good working order. There were a few nicks and marks on the walls, and some nicks in the furniture, but that's to be expected for a rental property like this. The kitchen and living room were very comfortable (although the living room was a bit tight for all 8 people). The bedrooms were on the "small" side and the bathrooms as well (showers were simlar to European hotels). The outdoor area was nice to have as well with the cool nights sitting and having a cocktail. Walkability to downtown restaurants was about 30 minutes, but there were several restaurants and bars within 15 minutes walking that were great.

Great bachelorette weekend!

We stayed at this house for my sisters bachelorette weekend and loved this house! The pictures are exactly as described. Everything was extremely clean. The beds were super comfortable and the house is in a perfect location right near king street. Having bathrooms for each bedroom was also really great. Would stay here again!

It truly was a perfect home and location for a girls trip. The home is very comfortable and beautiful. We had plenty of seating whether it be on the porch, or patio or in the home. It's a short walk to King Street. Would book this place again!

Fantastic House and Location

We loved this house and will be renting it again! We go to Charleston as a family for Christmas every year, this has been by far our best spot. The house is gorgeous and the courtyard was great. So many cute restaurants and shops to walk to nearby. The house was clean and had everything we needed. Our only hard part was some elderly and infants with the stairs, but we knew that would be the case when we rented. I'd highly recommend!

We did a mother-daughter trip and this was the best house! The fact that each bedroom had their own en suite bathroom was major! The house was clean and it was so stinking cutely decorated. We loved it! Communication was very quick back-and-forth if we needed something or had questions as well. Would definitely stay here again.

Great Charleston Casa!

Manor 91.5 was a great place for 8 TX gals celebrating our friendships of 45+ years! Walking distance to a liquor store and shopping on King St. The house accommodated all 8 of us! It was just what we expected. Loved having a bathroom for each bedroom! Space was a little tight, but what we expected. Would definitely stay there again.

Everyone loved it - bedrooms, baths, kitchen, amenities. Minor suggestions: replace upper living room rug - kept tripping on it. replace living room chairs with love seats to enable more seating. Other than that we were all thrilled. The location turned out great too! Thank you very much.

Great Location

We stayed there for a graduation and a wedding and the location was great as we were close to most things. There were a couple things in the house like the shower door not closing all the way and having to request towels that could've made it easier. They also decided to fix the driveway while we were there and didn't tell us, which was loud and dusty and we found a giant nail in the driveway. But the house and area were very charming and having the courtyard was nice since the living room was quite small. They were very accommodating in receiving a package for us and with late check out so that was really appreciated.

92.5 spring st

The home was great for the 8 of us… the only negatives were most of the TVs didn’t work in some cases it could’ve just been the remote need batteries the living room TV didn’t even even have a remote so I did call the management office and they brought one over right away which was nice. The shower doors didn’t close in any of the bedrooms and as result, it stayed open about two when you were showering and we were all trying to take care of the home and so we’re trying to hold the door shut as we showered otherwise the floor was full of water, but other than two things we don’t really have a complain. It was adequately supplied clean patio was wonderful to sit out at night. Everything else was great. They were very accommodating with parking. We needed an extra spot. We enjoyed our time in Charleston very much thank you thank you.
