Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.

You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

We go to Charleston 3-4 times per year and this is one of the best places we've found to stay. Neighborhood is safe and only a few blocks from King St. We will be back!
Great location in quiet neighborhood; two blocks from King Street with an easy walk. Apt. was very comfortable with 4 bedrooms - each with an en suite. Host was very responsive to any questions and issues. Parking available in a nearby lot. Concierge services are also available and were wonderful. Overall a great place when staying in Charleston.
We absolutely love this property and would stay here again! It was very clean and the pictures are accurate. It is so close to King St and many of the shops and restaurants are in walking distance!

This 4 bedroom 4.5 bath home was spacious and beautiful, very clean and fully stocked with linens, towels, kitchen essentials and in the best location! We had our 3 adult children and their spouses with us and it was perfect!

This was a perfect property for our family visit to Charleston. There were 7 adults and with the 4 bedrooms and 4.5 beds there was plenty of room. The beds were large and comfortable.
Plenty of room and very clean. Comfortable beds. Nice seating areas. Great for a large group. On top of a restaurant with lot of steps but well lit, ok if you take your time. Nice to be so close to King Street. Parking close by. Would stay again.
We had a great stay! It was great having 4 king beds. I wish I would have realized that the bathrooms were fairly small with inserts. But that’s on me. This would be great for a Bachelorette party or girls trip! Great location!
3 friends stayed for 3 nights and 4 days in this wonderful apartment. The location can't be beat - it is within walking distance of restaurants, shopping and the sites. On a map it may look a bit far from the lower king / market area. It is not, it is close to everything, and the walk is so pretty. The neighborhood is quiet too which is nice compared to the busier areas. The beds are so comfortable, huge ensuite bathrooms in each room, and a big LR and kitchen. Really, everything you can want. Plus a great bagel shop on the corner that is a must try. Highly recommend.
The property was as it was described. It was in a great location and was super nice and clean. It was great to have 4 king size beds and 4.5 bathrooms. A couple of the bathrooms were on the small size but were still nice. It is a bit weird pulling up as it is above a restaurant but that didn't impact our stay at all.
9 of us stayed here for a bachelorette trip and it was perfect for what we needed! Having lots of bathrooms made getting ready a breeze, which is always a plus for girls’ trips. The location is super close to king street, so there are lots of activities within walking distance. The neighborhood was felt slightly less safe at night, but it was still okay walking in a big group.
This is the first short term rental, out of many we've rented, where the space is actually much larger than what's shown on the photo. Extremely happy with the amount of space we had for all 10 in our party, the incredible cleanliness, the ambiance, and proximity to King Street. The host was very accessible and responded to all inquiries very promptly.
Our party of 6 enjoyed our stay here in Charleston! It was perfect for us, as each of the four bedrooms had a full bath and it even had an extra half bath! The place was clean and beds were comfortable! It was everything we were hoping for. The host was extremely helpful and responsive. We utilized the storage area before check in and after check out. Only suggestion would be to put curtains on the bedroom windows. There was an extra light coming in between street lights at night and sunlight in the morning. Thank you for a great stay!
Our group included two married couples and our teenage kids. Nice property with four master bedrooms. We were glad that consumable supplies were included - hand soap, dish soap, paper towels and toilet paper. The property is only blocks away from King Street shopping BUT something to be aware of is that the neighborhood is pretty sketchy. We parked our car in the reserved parking space after dark the first night and were accosted by a homeless man telling us we couldn't park there. We ignored him but realized the spaces are right next to a housing project. The other issue we had is that the rental is surrounded by college housing and was definitely party central on the weekends as evidenced by empty beer cans everywhere on the sidewalk each morning. We will find a more family friendly location next time we go to Charleston.
Great place for several couples visiting Charleston
This place worked out very well for 3 couples in town to attend a wedding and otherwise enjoy downtown Charleston. Each bedroom has it's own bathroom, which was important and worked out well. Living space was very comfortable.
Felt like a younger crowd college neighborhood. Great bagel store on the same block for breakfast/coffee. Was packed at 10am but we were not in a rush.
We were a quick walk to the northern end of King St, which we made several times. Nice to not have to drive and park to get places. The Battery might be a bit too far of a walk for some though we did that as well.
We rented 2 cars while we were there. Probably should not have bothered. Uber for the few times we drove would have been less expensive and easier. Off-street parking spaces for the house are an easy 2 blocks away and in a good location.
Property manager was very responsive and helpful.
Definitely would stay here again when traveling with couples.
