The house is newly renovated and immaculate. The location has pros that it’s in a quiet neighborhood for the most part (no bars or clubs outside at night). It is a bit of a walk to get to the shopping and restaurants on King St. but we didn’t mind that. There are actually multiple good places to eat within a 5 minute walk of the house. Off-street parking was a big plus. Really easy to access the house from the highway too. Overall, it was a perfect weekend.

Extremely clean, professionally managed. Lots of room. Great location! Really splits the difference between a typical VRBO and a hotel in a nice way.

This property was beautifully decorated and was in a great location. It was about a 10 minute walk to King Street and close to great shops, restaurants, etc. There are 2 parking spots available which was very nice to have. The area was quiet even with the proximity to the highway, we all enjoyed restful sleep here! There are 2 master bedrooms with en-suite baths, along with 2 more bedrooms with a jack & jill bath between them. Great property for a large group!

We could not have had a better weekend at this property! Everything was so nice, new, and clean! More spacious than expected and great location! Had a little difficulty with parking upon arrival, but after a short phone call with the owner, everything was fixed and no other issues! A must stay!

Our stay in the Aster House was great. The house was a comfortable fit for my family of six. Only problem was parking. With the Aster house we was told we had two parking spaces, but our car was scatch from neighbors trying to park.

Our group of 11 thoroughly enjoyed 162D Spring Street! It is decorated so nicely. The furniture is new and comfortable, and there were plenty of towels, starter paper products, and laundry detergent etc. The beds were comfy and the temperature perfect, with ceiling fans and even noise machines in the bedrooms. The house is so convenient for walking to restaurants or taking a short Uber ride. We loved the little front porch too. We had an awesome family and friends reunion and hope to rent there again soon!!

We had a great time renting this property in Charleston for a college friend reunion! The house was clean and photos are accurate. Parking is as expected in a city, slightly tight, but there is a reserved spot. The house is an easy drive/Uber (or walk if you’re up for it) to popular sights downtown. Communication with Katie was prompt and friendly! Definitely highly recommended!

This place was in a great location because it was 20 min to all other areas but close to main attractions downtown. It was a little loud for sleep being downtown however.. The management company was great to work with when we had a slight issue of a bed not being clean. They took great care of us and there were no issues the rest of the week!

The house itself was well kept, appointed and spacious. The 2nd floor HVAC system was incredibly loud and the driveway to get to the house hard to find and EXTREMELY narrow. Parking is tight and very challenging for large cars or SUVs.

The house was perfect for everyone in our party from 30 something to 80 years old. The code didn't work when we arrived, but 5 minutes later we were in, thanks to the quick response of the owners and the maintenance man. The house is located within an easy walk to shops, coffee, restaurants, etc. A bit longer 1 1/2 mile walk took us to the marketplace. Two parking places in front of the house were a plus, then we just walked or took Uber around town. Thanks Katie for letting us stay in your property.

House is very nice and an ok location, but not the charming neighborhood I had pictures. It’s in an up and coming area but still some run down areas here and there. House itself is beautiful but it’s advertised as having 2 off street parking spaces. Luckily we were there during the week in off season so there was no one else parking in the area. However, be aware that parking (and the home) are down a very tight alley. We had a car and an SUV. There is very little room to maneuver even when the lot is empty - it would have not been manageable if all of the spots were being used. It is VERY tight so just plan for this. Also, the down stairs master bedroom does not have curtains on the window/door. There are pull down blinds and they do not cover the length of the windows (the shades are set down from the top so the open area is on top) which allows a sight line from the second story floor of the neighboring house and keeps the room from being dark for sleeping. We had to rig a comforter over the window for our stay to allowed for darkness. There were the two issues I would want to share. Overall the house is new and really nice. Spacious and clean.

We had a group of 10 girls there for a bachelorette party and the house was great!! We had the perfect number of beds and 3 full bathrooms was great for getting ready. Location was ideal, as everything we wanted to go to downtown was about a 15 minute walk. Check-in was great and they worked with us to accommodate us a couple hours early which gave us just enough time to decorate before the bachelorette arrived. The host was very easy to get in touch with. The house was clean and organized and set up with towels and toiletries. Check out was easy, as all we had to do was take out the trash. I would definitely recommend this property.

Overall the house and property management were very helpful. We had an issue with bugs swarming on the back porch that was resolved in the same day. The house is beautiful and well kept.
