Clean, Beachy, Amazing Waterview Near Folly Beach & Downtown Charleston

Condo on the top floor with spectacular marsh views. Only 1 mile from the Folly Beach, shopping and restaurants and 10 miles from Downtown Charleston. Bike lane in each direction from the condo to Folly Beach or the grocery store.
Across the street are kayak and paddle board rentals as well as a seafood market and a seafood restaurant.

Condo recently remodeled and furnished.

The full kitchen (stove/oven, microwave, full sized fridge, dishwasher, garbage disposal, coffee pot style coffee maker, toaster, blender) and is well supplied with quality cookware & dishware.

There is a large capacity washer/dryer as well.

The condo comes with everything you need to get your vacation started including quality sheets, bath towels and household supplies. Beach chairs and beverage cooler included.

Condo does not have an elevator. There are 45 steps or 4 flights to the entry door. Parking is assigned, maximum of 2 vehicles. Cars must be parked in their assigned space under the building. No parties, boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Comfortable and a great location!

We had a wonderful time. My son is military and was really looking forward to a home cooked meal and this place provided us a home atmosphere within walking distance to the beach. It was lovely and the views from the porch were amazing! I highly recommend. The hosts were very nice and communicated in a timely manner. We would definitely stay again.

Great Beach Escape

If you love sunrise and sunset views of marsh creeks, you’ll love staying at Jennifer and Tim’s home. It’s a mile from Folly Beach and nicely appointed with amenities.

Great location, great place!

This condo was super clean, comfortable and cute. I loved having the option of a walk on Follly Beach so close in the mornings, then could have short drive into Charleston during the day or evening to do the touristy things or eat. The view of the marshes and listening to the birds off balcony after sunrise was peaceful too. Would stay again for sure.

Great condo!

We had a wonderful stay - the condo was cute and clean and had all the beach essentials! The WiFi could be a bit spotty so if you’re planning to work remote perhaps come prepared with a hotspot, otherwise it was perfect!

Very nice condo

We really appreciated the supplies like soaps and detergents supplied. Great balcony with marsh views. Excellent location for trips into Charleston if you don't want to stay in the city.

Quick Getaway

This was the perfect spot for a quick trip to the low country. The owners were quick to respond to any messages and were very understanding and accommodated when I had a delay in my arrival. Very clean and comfortable!

Perfect long weekend

This property was perfect for me and my friend. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Close to everything but not close to city noises. Communication with the property manager was super easy and check in/out was perfect. My friend and I had so much fun being able to sit outside on the spacious balcony, listen to birds and discuss future research projects. Would definitely recommend and I plan to stay again.

This was a great location. It put us closer to the beach and away from crowds, yet historic Charleston was a short trip away. The condo was as described in the listing and the view was great. As described - 4th floor, stairs only. Travel light. The beach chairs were great and Jennifer responded quickly to my text messages. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect in every way

We loved the location - close to Folley Beach, close to downtown, close to a Harris Teeter, close to a neighborhood for walking, and LoLo's restaurant is across the street! We loved the size and layout of the condo...perfect for two or four people. The stairs were no issue for us but we are accustomed to climbing stairs. Covered parking for two was great! Spent so much time on the balcony! Beautiful views!

We all enjoyed our stay. The space between the bedrooms allowed for privacy. The balcony was very specious and private. There were a number of stair to climb but, we counted them as daily exercise. The condo was very clean and well maintained. In addition, supplied with basic necessities. The managers were very courteous, kind, and professional. Their response time to our questions were welcoming and appropriate. We would like to take the time to say thank you and how appreciative we are.. Prayerful 🙏🙏🙏 with a smile 😊

Excellent Escape

My wife and her daughter joined me for a week while we moved her in to a property on James Island. The listing is very accurate. Cozy = small but I’m 6’5” and was very comfortable. The view of the marsh and water was excellent. I live on the water and was not disappointed. The kitchen, TV, furniture, and amenities were great. it’s Close to the beach and close to James Island and downtown. It’s not the Ritz-Carlton but it was perfect for us. The only thing I would add is that it’s a 4th floor Apt with no elevators so mobility is a must.
