Nice size great room, gas fireplace ,breakfast area, full galley kitchen,laundry room with washer and dryer , front porch with rocking chairs and nice size privacy fenced backyard with stamped concrete patio, gas grill, and a table accommodating 6 . No steps necessary to enter unit .Parking for 2 vehicles(tandem). This is a duplex .


Neighborhood : Stono Park is a convenient but quiet neighborhood comprised of single family homes,duplexes and townhomes . The neighborhood is located within miles from historic Charleston and 11 miles from airport.. There is a nice and kid friendly park 3 houses away . The greenway, which is a 15 mile jogging,cycling and walking trail is located 1 block behind the duplex .

There are restaurants and taverns located within walking distance .

Within 5 miles to downtown Charleston.

We love animals but pets are not allowed .

Please limit smoking to the front covered porch or back yard . Thanks!

Charleston get away
A beautiful home that is well appointed and quiet. Enjoyed having two separated sleeping quarters as it provided privacy and comfort. Nice large screen TV's. Would recommend this property to those who enjoy peace and quiet with individual privacy. The bedrooms are large with plenty of space to spread out and store your luggage. The only area that I would suggest a change would be the sofa and chaise lounge in the living room. They are difficult to be comfortable upon. The seat cushios are so deep from front to back that you cannot easily put you back against it. The chaise lounge has the high back on the left side which would unfortunately is facing the TV and does not make it sutiable to lounge and watch the TV. I know it is a picky comment but that is my honest input. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at this place again.

It was the perfect place to stay. Close to grocery stores and restaurants. Quiet neighborhood. Near West Ashley greenway. It was the most well supplied VRBO I’ve ever seen.

Fabulous Spot!
This apartment had everything we could have asked for and more. It is beautifully and thoughrfully decorated and equipped. The location was so easy to access Historic Charleston, Folly Beach, Cypress Gardens and more. The one, and only, disappointment we had was our dinner at the walkable restaurant, La Fontana. It should be removed from the suugested dining options. Had we read the online reviews we would have known the quality of the place has greatly declined over the years. The food was awful and very expensive. But I can think of nothing but great things to say about or VRBO and have already recommended it to 2 friends heading that way soon. Thank you to our hosts!!

4 adults in area for touring. Great location! I would recommend another lounging chair in the living room. Quiet. No issues at all. Nice layout for two couples with bedroom / bath on each end of the unit.

Great place
As listed, the property was spacious and comfortable. Loved the living room and outdoor spaces, although with the rain we did not get to use them like we wanted. Quiet neighborhood and an easy ten minutes from downtown Charleston. Hosts responded to questions promptly. Would definitely come back.
