The propery is actually quite nice and updated. Clean and nicely appointed. Just very difficult.to find. Lots of dining close by. Nice free breakfast.

We were very thankful for a clean nice place to sleep to break up our drive. Breakfast was great and it was close to the interstate.

Nice stay overall with helpful staff. I liked that it was near a lot of restaurants and things to do. Had a lot of options for breakfast but I wasnt overall impressed with the food. Beds werent the most comfortable. Room was a little small but nice. Overall it was average. Nice stay but could use some updating.

Room was not as clean as previous stays here (we've had quite a few). Workers were not as friendly as in the past. Pool was broken and we were not notified ahead of time.

I made my reservation through Expedia for this hotel. It wasn’t until after driving 8 hours with two small children and trying to check in was I told that they canceled my reservation. I received ZERO notification. Not to mention the customer service was absolutely pitiful! No manager on site and I was offered no assistance to fix the issue. I was just told over and over to contact Expedia even though the hotel is the one who canceled. Very unprofessional! If I could rate a negative star I would. This place is completely non dependable and if you want good customer service this hotel is not for you.

My reservation was cancelled and emailed to me at 12:15 pm with a 3 pm check in . I was already in Charleston when I received it and then couldn’t get me a room and all hotels were booked up for that night in the city ! Complete and utter bull !

Right off the highway and within walking distance of a restaurant. Hotel offers snacks during the day along with soup for dinner. Breakfast is really good and does vary from day to day. Staff is quick and efficient.

We will definitely stay at this sleep inn again when stopping in West Virginia. My only complaint was the air conditioner in our room did not work properly and I should have said something about it sooner. As soon as I did, they moved us to another room very quickly. Great customer service. Room was very clean. My son liked it so much he asked to stay at the same hotel on our drive back home from vacation and we did! Highly recommend!!!

All the staff was friendly, there was a lady on late night shift that was awesome Friday night the 22nd. My wife is a big coffee drinker, at all hours. The lady made us a fresh pot of coffee, this was a step above on customer service.

The room and property were fine. The lady that takes care of the breakfast was absolutely miserable. Both days I requested something that was empty and she rolled her eyes and muttered complaints under her breath. No one wants to deal with a grumpy person first thing in the morning. Try smiling!
