Come and experience our Southern Hospitality in this circa 200 year old building located in the very heart of historic Charleston!
We implemented a strict cleaning protocol to provide a safe and clean environment for you to enjoy. Our location is second to none! We are immediately across from the City Market, the best location in historic downtown.

This slice of heaven is the ideal place for a romantic getaway, a couple's weekend retreat or a memorable celebration of life. This studio has been especially sought after with honeymooners, guests celebrating their anniversaries, birthdays and engagements and visitors who enjoy the superb location.

The 5 star deluxe studio has been lovingly restored to keep the elegance of yesteryear with all the modern luxuries and conveniences. The studio is charming, well appointed, private (there are only two studios located on separate floors in our building!) and secure (multiple key less entry locks). A custom kitchenette is available in your room with a refrigerator, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, dishes and utensils. We provide soaps and towels, coffee, water and chocolates! You are sure to enjoy sweet dreams in our queen plush pillow top mattress dressed with 1800 (!) count linens.

Park your car (self-parking at a discounted rate is available in a covered and camera secured garage only one block from the suites) and never get back in it if dining in the many acclaimed restaurants, sightseeing, shopping, antiquing and discovering the splendor and beauty of Charleston is your goal.

Relax on our cozy slate patio or in the sitting area in the foyer, a great place to enjoy your morning coffee, a glass of wine, to read a book on Charleston or to catch up on your emails using our free WiFi.

I came here with my Mom who is about to turn 70. It is in a great location by the market. There is a long stairway up to the room, but that wasn’t an issue for us. Loved the shower floor texture and the code locks. Had a great stay!

Beautiful Charleston Get-Away

When our dates came to visit, there was a storm and possible flooding. The host was gracious enough to let us adjust our arrival and departure dates. The parking garage worked great and we had a wonderful time with lots to see and do right in the area! Highly recommend this property!

You can not beat this location! The hosts were wonderful! They were easy to communicate with/response time was amazing! They gave us an awesome list of restaurants/things to see and do…most within walking distance! You’re literally on Market Street right in the market district!

Gem in the Center of Charleston

We chose this suite for the location, and it was perfect. Clean, cozy and close to everything. We love to walk, and restaurants were plentiful, along with shopping and sites to see. The kitchenette was perfect for us to make oatmeal for breakfast and store plenty of snacks and drinks for the day…Then we walked to dinner. We loved the host recommendations, dining the first night on the Market St Pavilion rooftop lounge for sunset and the second night we went to 39 Rue de Jean. Outstanding on both accounts!

Our stay at Terri and Carlos’s property was fantastic. They were both very communicative and hospitable. The home was exceptionally well located. Right next to the city market, surrounded by great restaurants, shops places to grab tasty snack. As a bonus there is a Target just a few blocks down the street along spectacular King Street shopping District. Charlestown itself is spectacular and Carlos and Terri recommended some wonderful ways to engage with the city, it’s history and it’s culture.

Location is central to the places we wanted to visit. It was cute. I was frustrated by the very poor WiFi and the street lighting that the shutters did not adequately block out. Those were my two pet peeves.
