NO COMFORTER ON BED. HAD TO SLEEP WITH ONLY SHEETS. STAINS ON SHEETS. WATER DAMAGE IN SHOWER. STINKY HALLWAY. ELEVATOR ON ITS LAST LEG. SMELLY TOWELS. Guy who checked us in was nice though. Breakfast not bad. Would not visit again. Prayers up to those on the fourth floor.

Can’t beat the price and the view but there are some seedy characters hanging around the hotel at night that made it feel somewhat unsafe. We have stayed here at least 10 times before and never felt that way. Still it is a great location to get downtown and to folly beach

1. Exterior of the building looked like the whole place needed to be torn down. Totally antiquated. 2. Mold on the shower curtain. Leaking toilet 3 A/C didn't condition, just cooled (so it felt COLD DAMP) 4. Room did not look like the picture ... TINY 5. No shampoo or conitioner 6. The breakfast included sausage patties that clearly were simply warmed up from the day before 7. We were outside a multi-story slip for boats. In the morning (Saturday) we were woken up by either dumpsters being emptied, or boats being unloaded ... on the plus side it forced us to get up EARLY
