Location was great. There was a lot of construction going on in the area but that didn’t bother us. Parking spot was super tight, thank goodness we had a small car. All in all it was a Great little place for the two of us!
This was a really cute property! Convenient location to downtown Charleston. The fenced in, back garden was a great location to unwind at the end of the day.
Easy booking, great location and was exactly as the pics portrayed. Would definitely recommend this to anyone on a weekend away in Charleston. The beds were awesome and soft bedding!
Beautifully decorated apartment with great outside area and convenient for walking to many places.
We had a wonderful two nights, despite the construction right next door. We walked or rode our e-bike everywhere which was great. The outside area was terrific for our pup and there were really eclectic interesting restaurants all around. Our host was responsive and helpful and we would absolutely recommend this property.
The property is clean, excellent hosts. Perfect for walking down King street. Parking is slightly tight but just next to the entrance of the property. Highly recommend!!!
This house was perfect for two adults and two young children. There was plenty of room and comfortable furniture and beds. Off-street parking is tight but so nice to have.
We stayed here during our wedding week in Charleston and it was great. There is some street noise at night, but they provide sound machines in both bedrooms.
A perfect location to explore down town. The house was clean and had all the items needed. The front room is loud which was expected but we moved to the back room and slept great. We will be back.
The location of this home was perfect for our weekend trip to Charleston! We were in the downstairs unit which included parking and access to 2 bikes. It was a beautifully appointed historic home, with comfortable beds and resort quality bedding. We would definitely stay here again!
We rented this home for a wedding weekend. It was very clean and close to everything. I wouldn’t change a thing. Note that it does get noisy from outside!
Great play to stay while visiting Charleston. The manager was prompt in answering any questions and responding to me. The place was clean and convenient. Loved the use of the bikes. The only complaint we might have is the volume of the neighborhood, as it was close to night life and the highway., but the use of a box fan blocked most of the noise.
My husband, myself and pups stayed in this lovely property for a Fourth vacation. The proximity to King Street action was amazing. We used the bikes often! We enjoyed a cocktail on the back patio with bistro lights. The bed and fans were amazing! We had everything we needed from coffee to blow dryer to extra trash bags. 100% recommend!
The space was awesome! Equipped with everything you might need and looked just like the pictures. Close enough to downtown to walk to everything. The parking space was tight, but completely doable and the walls are thin so you can really here the upstairs neighbors walking, but the noise machines were an awesome edition. We loved every minute!
The apartment itself was beautiful and well appointed. The beds and pillows were phenomenal. Most comfortable beds I’ve ever slept in on vacation. They also had fans in the bedrooms which is wonderful because I use the white noise for sleep. We had everything we needed and there was a lot of great character. The downsides were location related. The primary bedroom window is right on the street. It’s not the nicest area and having people walk right past your window at all hours is a little unsettling. The driveway is extremely tight and there are a few missing bricks. At one point I rolled my ankle on a missing brick trying to get out of the car. These things were not deal breakers but worth mentioning. The one thing that we hated about the stay was the road construction directly across the street. It went on OVERNIGHT! It shook the whole property. They were drilling and breaking up the road. It went on multiple nights and on the days that it didn’t they still started at 6 am! Very little sleep was had unfortunately. However it was in walking distance to some great restaurants and we enjoyed an ice cream shop just down the road. I would stay again knowing that the construction can’t last forever but I’d absolutely check first.
The landlord was very responsive to questions, requests, etc. Good location as far as being pretty close to everything downtown. The place was clean and we had a good amount of privacy from neighbors.
Cute place, very comfortable beds, great location -right off King Street. They were constructing a parking ramp right across the street and one night started at 2 am and other days 5 am. Extremely noisy with jack hammers, big cement trucks, lights etc. Very difficult to sleep, felt like we were in a war zone. Make sure construction is done before staying here. Host was great and easy to get a hold of. Would stay again if no construction.
