Very private entrance to quiet serene one bedroom suite in Ion. King size bedroom and living room with high vaulted ceilings. Full kitchenette, large comfortable rooms, washer/dryer, and closet with storage. Very close to quaint shops and restaurants.
Walking trails and lovely environment for longer term stay either for lowcountry getaway, work, school or visiting relatives. Does include house generator power if ever needed.

Highly Recommend!

Can't say enough about this property! Beautiful, spacious, very clean, and private entrance. In best location of Mt Pleasant near downtown, beaches, shopping, and walking distance to some great neighborhood restaurants and wine bar. Alicia is the most gracious host and has thought of everything to make your stay feel like home away from home. Enjoyed vacation here for 3 months and can't wait to return again next year!

Perfection

Communication with host was great. They were very responsive and helpful. Effortless checking in process. The apartment is gorgeous, white space and aesthetics which I personally love, and well appointed, high ceilings, in a beautiful neighborhood of I'On. Surrounded by a beautiful combination of nature, stunning architecture and lakes. Stayed a month and it was just what I needed. The host respected my space and there was not much contact unless something was needed from either end - just the way I liked it, as some owner/hosts I've experienced are very "high touch" ie. want to be in constant communication. Yikes. Would definitely stay again, and will recommend highly. Thank you!

The Perfect Property

I had an extended stay at this delightful property. It has everything you need and is located in an ideal neighborhood. The owners were easy to work with and very accommodating. We will be staying here again and again!

Month long stay

We loved our stay here. I'On is a beautiful part of Mount Pleasant. Had a cute little town with a few restaurants and a great little bakery called Bakies in I'On. Our hosts were great to and the apartment has everything we needed and was well supplied.

Perfect place

I did an extended stay at this VRBO while I finalized my condo in Mount Pleasant and it was the perfect place! This apartment was in the best location- close drive to everything and a great neighborhood to run in. The hosts were more than helpful and the apartment had everything I needed. Would recommend this place to anyone!

Slice of Heaven!!

I would rate this beautiful place a 10!! The neighborhood is amazing with plenty of walking paths. The apartment is spacious and private. Alissa was fantastic!
