The staff was extremely nice and helpful. The room was neat and clean. We had very easy access to the Civic Center. The one thing we didn’t like is there was no water pressure for the bathroom sink or shower, and the sink faucet was broken.

The beds were comfortable and the rooms are spacious. Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Would recommend this hotel and will stay again.

I usually stay at Wingate in Hurricane or Embassy. It didn’t have towels when I got in the room which I didn’t notice until my kid was already in the shower, there was dirt on the tile foyer of the room and the tub wasn’t draining until I ran hot water in the shower for a solid few minutes. The metal screw stopper for the tub was sitting on the outside of the tub floor when I got in. Beds seem clean and the room was spacious. They had a legit Keurig which was neat.

Shampoo,conditioner, and body wash was nearly empty or was empty upon arrival. Hair dryer wasn’t in room to customers knowledge, microwave kept kicking plug in and light by door didn’t work. Didn’t notify hotel or employees, me and my guest are introvert and didn’t want to be a problem due to hotel being completely booked most of stay. Me and my guest absolutely love coming here but this time was slightly disappointed by this visit. Beds and overall space in room was amazing.
