Top floor condo (end unit)with incredible views over the Folly marsh. Nestled between two bridges and set conveniently just off Folly Road, so quiet and peaceful! Located only one mile to the beach and shopping. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals as well as a seafood restaurant and a seafood market. Walking and bike lanes heading in each direction from the condo.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and stocked with all household supplies you need to have carefree time settling in.

Master suite has queen bed, TV/Nexflix, ceiling fan and a private full bathroom with shower & tub.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV/Netflix, ceiling fan, marsh-view and full bathroom with shower & tub which is adjacent to the bedroom door.

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware and dishware with granite countertops.

Laundry nook with stacked large capacity washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board. Household supplies included.

Includes assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking space. No boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Please note this property is not equipped with an elevator. There are 45 stairs or 4 flights to the entry door.

Great Place Great Location

The condo was as advertised and perfectly suited for our needs. The location was percent, about 10 minutes to downtown Charleston and 3 minutes to Folly Beach. Serene views from the balcony. Easy check in, great hosts that were very communicative. Would definitely stay there again!

Great views and location

This condo is in a great location, close to downtown Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston. The condo is good size, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with everything that's needed. Would definitely recommend!

Beautiful view

The marsh view was incredible. The place was very comfortable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, but they were manageable. We will stay here again

Great place to stay for both Folly Beach and downtown Charleston

Very cute and comfortable place to stay, very convenient to Folly Beach and easy to get to Charleston. Great balcony to sit out on and watch the marsh birds- bring binoculars! Jennifer was a very responsive and helpful host. Definitely a place to return for another visit.

Great location - quiet and safe

Nice property, great hostess. This is located just minutes from Folly Beach which is a nice little beach town with everything you need. This location will require transportation which is good to have for visiting Charleston anyway. Would recommend.

The condo was easy to find and clean when we arrived. The view was pretty and I liked the stairs for exercise, also morning walks around the neighborhood were dreamy!! Very close to some yummy restaurants and the beach as well.

Time to Decompress

I stayed at the condo for a few days with an adult child on our way to a conference in Charleston. We had 3 perfect days of quiet and relaxation. The neighborhood is lovely and we enjoyed exploring Folly Beach.

The condo was lovely, well appointed. In a very convenient location to beach and to downtown Charleston. Due to Helene we had to cut our stay short by one day but we crammed all sorts of fun into our time there.

Cooper River Bridge Run

4 of us stayed here for the Bridge Run. This condo was really great. 2 spacious bedrooms and baths. A note - you climb 4 flights of stairs to get to it, but the view from the deck is totally worth it. Would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect! Great location-close to the beach, the marsh, shopping and dining. Very cozy and clean, equipped with basic needs. Amazing view from the balcony. The stairs are tough if you've been out exploring all day. But we would definitely stay here again.

Marsh Escape

We arrive one hour early to survey the area and found amenities within the local area, as prescribed by the owner. Love the peacefulness of the area and we really enjoyed the proximity to Folly Beach. We look forward to our next stay at this location.
