Top floor condo (end unit)with incredible views over the Folly marsh. Nestled between two bridges and set conveniently just off Folly Road, so quiet and peaceful! Located only one mile to the beach and shopping. Across the street are kayak and paddleboard rentals as well as a seafood restaurant and a seafood market. Walking and bike lanes heading in each direction from the condo.

Beautifully decorated, comfortable, clean and stocked with all household supplies you need to have carefree time settling in.

Master suite has queen bed, TV/Nexflix, ceiling fan and a private full bathroom with shower & tub.

Second bedroom has a queen bed, TV/Netflix, ceiling fan, marsh-view and full bathroom with shower & tub which is adjacent to the bedroom door.

Kitchen is equipped with Keurig coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, blender, cookware and dishware with granite countertops.

Laundry nook with stacked large capacity washer and dryer, detergent, iron and ironing board. Household supplies included.

Includes assigned parking for up to 2 vehicles; guests must use their assigned parking space. No boats or recreational vehicles allowed.

Please note this property is not equipped with an elevator. There are 45 stairs or 4 flights to the entry door.

This condo is in a great location, close to downtown Folly Beach and a short drive to Charleston. The condo is good size, 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and a kitchen with everything that's needed. Would definitely recommend!

The marsh view was incredible. The place was very comfortable and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. There are a lot of stairs, but they were manageable. We will stay here again

This property was perfect! Great location-close to the beach, the marsh, shopping and dining. Very cozy and clean, equipped with basic needs. Amazing view from the balcony. The stairs are tough if you've been out exploring all day. But we would definitely stay here again.

Great location

We were in town for 3 nights for a wedding and this location was great. 2 mins from Folly Beach and about 20-30 mins from downtown, the airport, and the wedding venue we attended. The cottage could definitely use a fresh coat of paint, but overall it fit what we needed. The hosts were responsive.

Quick Trip

We enjoyed our three night stay! The balcony is huge and a lovely place to relax. Property was as described! Lolo’s (almost exactly across the street) has amazing food. We are in our 50’s and had no problem with the four flights of stairs, however we are active and don’t mind the exercise.

Very comfortable condo

The property and grounds are clean & safe. All appliances worked well, the beds and living room chair were super comfortable. Sitting on the deck with thr fans going listening to the wildlife and watching the bay was so relaxing. The close proximity to the beach and gricery store was very good. We also spent a day in Charleston which was a quick 15-20 drive.

This is a very comfortable setting. We enjoyed sitting on the back porch for morning coffee and evening drinks. It is a calming place. The unit is well stocked. You do have to climb stairs but we felt it was worth it to be on the 3rd floor looking out on the marsh land. Directions to the complex were very clear. We would stay here again. Thank you for a beautiful place to relax and unwind.

Could of been better

Host was very responsive but the unit was bare bones. A few pods of coffee, only fake creamer nothing in pantry but a very few basic things. The biggest disappointment was no table to sit at. The host was quick to bring kitchen towels and Kleenex but wish I didn’t have to ask. The little conveniences make a big difference
