Guests enter Bohicket Marina Condo by by entering the front door of the home (Unit 1945). Once you enter the front door, you will find the dining room, one of two full bathrooms and the living room. The living room has sliding door access onto a covered patio that overlooks the Bohicket Marina boardwalk and the boats within their docked slips. The home's kitchen and master suite are located off of the living room and dining room areas. You'll enjoy the peaceful views of the river and the Bohicket Marina from the kitchen, dining room and living room areas. There is a full sized washing machine & dryer. Off-street parking for up to 2 cars is included in tin all quotes. Late fees may apply for passes required within 2 weeks of check in or for showing up without the QR code at the gate.

Bohicket Marina Condo is located within private, gated Bohicket Marina Village residential community on Seabrook Island. Please be mindful of this residential character of the home during your stay.

MARINA CONSTRUCTION AND SEA WALL REPAIRS MAY BE BEING DONE DURING THE OFF SEASON.

Tenant must be 25 years old. NO PARTIES, EVENTS, PERFORMING ARTISTS OR BANDS ALLOWED AT ANY TIME. You may not exceed the maximum occupancy at any time — day or night. These are causes for eviction with no refund, and may damage our ability to offer the home for future guests exposing you to liability. This is a residential home -- please be respectful of our neighbors.

Bohicket tranquility

Fabulous and spotless condo is the perfect place to relax and enjoy the quiet marina. Just steps to the boardwalk to view the amazing sunset over the water. Perfect location near restaurants, beaches and Fresh Fields! Management quickly responds to any questions. We look forward to our next visit!

This was our 3rd trip to Seabrook Island and it confirms that we will return in the future. The accommodations were ideal for the two of us. We were in need of a mini-vacation and we could not have chosen a better place. It was just what we needed.

Clean, plenty of room and all necessary amenities. Perfect spot to get away with two kids before school starts again. Seabrook Island car pass was a plus as we were able to spend time at the beach. The kids REALLY enjoyed the quick walk to Salty Dog for ice cream!

Convenient stay

Great location and the view of the marina is WOW, especially when it rains. The condo is beautifully decorated and clean. The boardwalk is right outside, as seen in pictures, and a lovely five minute stroll will get you to a chill restaurant with outdoor seating. The beaches are a five minute drive away. Steven and Sarah respond pretty quickly via text with any concerns. Cons: the bathroom showers are tiny and very outdated. The mattress in the main room is loud and very uncomfortable (soft). The directions they give to the actual condo (ie up the stairs and to the left) were completely wrong and we got there at 10pm and were looking at peoples doors for a lock box. Was a little nervous about that but we found the right place eventually. To clear up what confused us: it’s on the first floor. Directions they send says upstairs but it isn’t. You also don’t have to go through the Seabrook Island gates to get there- get the vehicle pass if you’re going through the gates and to the beach.

The condo was roomy, light, bright, clean and very private. Excellent communication by the host. Access to the walkway along the marina was only a few steps away. We had a fun dinner at The Salty Dog with live music most nights, less than a 10 minute walk. All in all a wonderful stay and we would recommend this rental to everyone looking to stay in this area.

Great place to getaway!

This was a wonderful place to stay! My daughter and I wanted a fun place near the beach to celebrate her birthday, and this condo was marvelous - lovely decor, spacious, and looks out from the living space and dining area onto the fabulous marina. Sunsets are amazing!

My 19 year daughter and I had a great time. The location was awesome. Close to the beach, walking, places to eat and shop. The view was incredible from the living room. The check in and check out process was super easy. We will definitely come back.

Relaxing Retreat

This lovely condo was just the retreat that we needed. Close enough to everything needed, but far enough away to unplug. Home was well appointed with all the necessities as well as extra special touches like a welcoming bottle of wine and sweet treats. Hosts were super accomodating. Hope to make it a tradition.

ATTENDED MY NIECES WEDDING IN CHARLESTON AND RECEPTION AT MINGO POINT. LOCATION WAS GREAT AND VRBO VERY ACCOMMODATING. JUST WHAT I WOULD EXPECT FROM A QUALITY VRBO. HAVING COFFEE OVERLOOKING THE MARINA WAS A GRET WAY TO WAKEUP IN THE MORNING.

Beautiful location!

Amazing anniversary trip

This place was perfect for our anniversary trip. We arrived to a bottle of wine and cookies which was wonderful. The condo was clean and very convenient to everything. We only used our car once to go to the beach. The rest of the time we biked to Freshfields or walked to restaurants in the marina. Everything was perfect!
