Elegant Condo in The Heart of Historic Downtown Charleston

  • Sleep soundly in beds with high thread-count sheets and new memory foam mattresses. Find an oasis of calm in this second floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo. The open living room/ kitchen provides ample seating for 6. Modern style and amenities can be found throughout this new condo. Completed in 2018 this rental offers something that most downtown rentals cannot. Stocked with a full kitchen, living room (with queen sofa sleeper), washer & dryer. Perfect for couples or traveling professionals!

    The space is situated in Sanctuary Court off of Spring street in Downtown Charleston. There are 7 additional units in the complex that are also available to book.

    There will be a guide book waiting in your suite that can answer most questions about the unit itself and provide our favorite dining recommendations, but don’t hesitate to reach out if you have any questions before you arrive!

    The living room has a queen sofa sleeper, but it is not in a bedroom. This pull out sofa offers additional space for larger families to spread out.

    THERE IS NOT PARKING INCLUDED WITH THIS RENTAL. Pre-arranged paid, reserved on-site parking is available for $25/day. There is a 1 car limit per rental unit for on-site parking. There is a potential for 2 cars if we have openings in our lot. If our lot is fully booked, we may have options for street parking. STREET PARKING IN CHARLESTON IS NOT FREE. THERE IS A 2 HOUR RESIDENTIAL LIMIT ON STREET PARKING. PLEASE DO NOT EXPECT TO BE ABLE TO PARK ON THE STREET. Please inquire and pre-arrange prior to arrival if you will have a vehicle with you.

Loved the location and property! Within walking distance to several coffee shops, small grocer and restaurants. We stayed in the jasmine suite which was very clean, homey, and perfect for us (2 adults and a teen) We absolutely loved our stay and look forward to coming back soon!

An oasis in Charleston

The Sanctuary offered my family a comfortable place to gather between the beautiful tours and wonderful restaurants of Charleston. The neighborhood avoids the bustle of King Street but offers plenty of great restaurants (we liked Southbound, Fuel, and Estudio) within walking distance.

Great stay

This was perfect for 4 girls exploring Charleston for the weekend. Lots of cute spots nearby - and a quick uber to everywhere else we wanted to explore. The house had everything we needed! We all said we’d come back either as a group of girls or with our families.

Very nice rental

We stayed here - a group of 5 girls and had a great time. It is updated and very nice. We loved the location. It felt very safe. I would definitely stay here again. Get the parking spot!

Beautiful place

Our first time renting a Vrbo and it was fantastic. Place was beautiful and well kept. Walking distance to king street (10-15 min) and also easy to get to other parts of city. Enjoy our time and hope to come back one day

Perfect for us

Very quiet neighborhood which was the perfect HQ to explore the many things to see, do and learn in an aesthetically pleasing setting for a couple in their mid-70s. Close by parking and an amazing number of terrific and diverse restaurants within walking distance made for a just about perfect five day stay.

This is a very nice apartment that is walking distance from your main roads like King St and the downtown area. We did have a young child, so we probably spent more time in the apartment than most and wished for a little more lounge/comfortable furniture. You can hear everything between the walls, upstairs, and outside. So again with young children and value of sleep is something to consider. Apartment was clean, the staff was helpful when needed, and overall experience was nice. We enjoyed our stay.

Check in and check out instructions were clear. Location of condo was great. Parking was convenient. Unit was clean and updated. TV instructions need updating but that is very minor. Overall I would highly recommend this condo and host!

Great trip!!

Our family had a great time. There were lots of close restaurants and plenty of activities. I highly recommend visiting the USS Yorktown and the aquarium. Thanks again!!
