This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.
Other Things to Note:
Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The house was clean and had plenty of space for our family of five. There were extra linens, towels, and basic toiletries. The location was convenient to King Street. The one true drawback was the constant construction noise which is not within the control of the management/owner of the house.
This was perfect for my cousins' get together! Loved that we had a living room to hang out instead of separate hotel rooms and not being together. They also had everything we would need for a comfortable stay. Easy but slightly longer walk up and down King St so we got to see everything.
We had a great time, the property was in a great location, walking distance to King St. The master bedroom was very nice and cool and the other bedrooms had plenty of space. House was very clean and everything worked as it should.
The house had everything we needed. The location was great for easy access to downtown attractions and access to US17 to get off the peninsula for trips to Patriots Point, Sullivan’s Island, plantation tours, and Folly Beach.
We stayed here while dropping our daughter off at college. It was in a great location. The home was clean and welcoming as well. The beds were very comfortable!
We had a very pleasant stay in Charleston. Our accommodations were perfect. We each had our own space and the house was clean and had everything we needed. Great location as well.
Location is great, very clean and comfortable. The only recommendation is that needs some extra kitchen supplies, (like serving bowls). The bodega right on the corner was very convenient for last minute stuff. I will definitely choose to stay in this place again
the place was conveniently located a few blocks from a bus stop, but was also walking distance to the historic district. the house had everything we needed and was very cute and clean. the owners were very attentive to our needs and kept in good communication while we were there.
Stayed here with a group of friends for a girls trip. The place was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed - including plenty of pillows and towels. The location was central to a lot of areas and downtown was an easy 30 min walk. Communication was fast and checkin/out was easy. Would definitely stay here again!
The downtown location was so convenient, we were able to walk to everything we wanted to see. Only moved the car one time to drive to the beach. The host was very quick to answer any questions.
Check in was super easy, received a call from the property manager prior to arrival as well. Quiet and very clean, plenty of towels ready to go which was great for us due to being in town for my daughter’s wedding. Definitely would return in the future.
The home was immaculate and well stocked. A short walk to King Street, Uber to the market. Parking was perfect. We had a few questions before we checked in and the response was quick. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again!!
Despite the weather, we had a great time! Comfy beds, warm showers, and plenty of space for the 6 of us. Great location to downtown, just far enough that we did not flood, but close enough we could get a good walk in on the 2 days that did not rain. Charleston is lovely, and this property is super cute.
