This house is perfect for a family or group seeking a fun, culinary and cultural vacation. Popular dining spots in the neighborhood include Xiao Bao Biscuit, Fuel, Porchetta Shop, Southbound, R Kitchen, Chubby Fish and many more! Our guests and neighbors also rave about Welton's Tiny Bakeshop and Kudu Coffee. We recommend going to either for a cup of locally-roasted coffee or their delicious cookies and cakes. The house is only a short walk from the very popular King Street where you will find a multitude of great shops – including antique shops, book stores and fashion boutiques – as well as endless buzzing restaurants and bars.
Getting Around:
You can walk almost everywhere - but should you want to rest your feet, there are many other options for getting around: Uber, Lyft, Charleston Bike Taxi, Charleston Rickshaw, Green Taxi or Yellow Cab.

Luggage storage offered Monday- Friday at our main office from 8:30am-5pm. On weekends we recommend utilizing Bounce Luggage storage. Please inquire once booking is complete for the address!

The condo was beautiful, spacious and clean. The management was very attentive and responsive. There is a lot of construction going on in the neighborhood. Thankful for noise machines that were provided. Would recommend this property
The beds were so comfortable and the house was so cute. Such a quick walk to shops and bars. The house was pretty clean. Although, we did see a couple roaches in the house during our stay.
The condo is much larger than it appears and was very clean and accommodating. The check-in/check out was super easy and their guest relations are superb.
Accommodations were very nice..Beds were great.Could use table for eating/game playing. Size of vehicle is really limited to subcompact and should be spelled out in property description.
We enjoyed our stay. The property is within an easy walk to a free shuttle and several restaurants if you don’t eat downtown. The property owner was very good at communicating check in and check out information.
Great location, the home was very inviting and comfy. Each room stylish and clean. We decided to book this place for one night before heading out on a cruise. And I must say we were impressed and will be booking again.

Recently renovated, very clean and comfortable. Comfortable beds, nice sheets and plenty of towels, blankets. Location is close to King Street, but north of the major shops and bars where the area is being revitalized. Great communication with property managers.
Property was great, very clean and well decorated! Seems to be in an up and coming location but still easy to walk where we wanted to. Whole process was very easy, my husband, myself and all our adult children enjoyed it.
We travel to Charleston several times per year to visit our daughter. We came down for 5 days to help her move and stayed here. Recently renovated and clean, this home is very close to upper King and many of the restaurants we like to dine in. Highly recommend and will rent again.
Very comfortable, nice furnishings. Plenty of room for the two of us, and our daughter, her husband and their two children. We had a great week and appreciated the communication with the host. He was very helpful and always responded timely.
Overall the house was nice and very clean. Location to King Street is excellent. We were in town for a concert a Music Farm which was easily walkable. Right now there is a lot of construction near the home and it is quite noisy. We could also hear the guests walking loudly in the unit above us.
The flat was cozy and met all of our needs during our brief stay. Loved the neighborhood. Easy walk (if you’re a walker) to French Quarter, Battery, shops and restaurants. Host was friendly, responsive, and understanding. We were traveling with our dog for first time and not sure how it would go. Unfortunately when we left she barked. Host let us know and we returned immediately. We appreciated his understanding and kindness.
The best part about this property is that the 3 of us had separate bedrooms. The beds and linens and lighting were comfortable, and the living room(s)and kitchen were nice. Everything was cute and clean, and really no complaints. Some things to be aware of are the view (there isn't one) and the very tiny driveway. If you have a big vehicle, you are not going to fit, and there is no street parking. The price was right for us, and we were comfortable and had a nice time. It was a little far to walk to where we wanted to go, but if driving, it's pretty central. We would book here again.
Our original spring break plans were cancelled and we needed somewhere to go… we had never been to Charleston and this place didn’t make you book for a whole week! It was pretty much just like the pics! Good location- a little noisy but will prob be a great spot after all of the construction. A few things that need more warning… the driveway/parking we had to turn our mirrors in to drive into the parking spaces- it is ridiculously tight! Also the bathroom sinks are teeny!!! If someone is staying in the unit above just know you’ll hear them. Other than that it was clean and spacious, well decorated and very close to public transportation and King street:) would stay again!

The listing says that there are two parking spots available BUT the driveway to reach them is VERY narrow and only compact vehicles can get through. We were driving a mini van as we were traveling as a family. You could tell other vehicles had attempted with damage to their vehicles as there was car paint on the sides of the two houses and the down spout for the rain gutter had been smashed in. We didn’t want to chance it on our rental so we had to pay for parking at the nearest parking garage. It was a 10 minute walk away and cost us approximately $110 for the three days we were there.
Very small bathrooms. My husband is 6’2” snd 140lbs. He was pretty uncomfortable in there.
The furniture is stained with some unknown substances and could use a cleaning.
We came for my daughter’s 21st birthday to attend a concert. Great location..house is super cute and clean! Only downfall is the drive way and parking is SUPER tiny so you gotta have a small car and the whole block was a construction zone but overall it was a perfect little place!
Excellent stay within walking distance of King Street
This stay was just what we were looking for, as we wanted something within walking distance, but still far enough away to have the option of getting away from it all. The stay was incredibly clean upon arrival, and our host was more than communicative. 10/10 would recommend.
