The location of this home is the best! We were able to walk so many places it was very convenient. The place is surrounded by a lot of construction, but that only bothered us one morning. Clean home and 8 girls slept comfortably!
I stayed for a girls trip and the property manager had amazing communication. When I had questions I got a reply within minutes. The house is adorable and was the perfect place to stay and was in a great location to get to King Street as well as other attractions.
Close to get to from the airport
House is updated and clean, plenty of room for 7 adults!
Felt safe in house and neighborhood (places were under construction)
Easily walkable to everywhere we went
Great city, and a great place to stay!!
The house was just as advertised and fit our family of 5 perfect. We were in town for a wedding and were able to walk everywhere. The location was perfect and we all had a wonderful time. The responsiveness of our host was top notch
We were three couples staying in downtown Charleston for the weekend, and this property was perfect! Walking distance to King Street and all the things!
We all had king-size beds, which were very comfortable and the rooftop deck really sealed the deal! Property manager was fantastic with communication! :)
Me and my family (including 3 kids) stayed at this house during Thanksgiving week, we had such a lovely time. The house is the definition of comfortable, 3 spacious bedrooms each with its bathroom, table for the 10 of us, and big kitchen. Beautiful decoration inside the house, well taken care of. Great location! the communication with the host was easy, fast and cordial, which gave us peace of mind.
Extremely clean. Comfortable beds. Free parking off the street. Good shower pressure in bathrooms. AC unit worked very well. Pictures online matched the residence. Kitchen well stocked. Extra toilet paper and towels were on hand. Easy walking distance down King Street to restaurants and shops. Bonus touch to have Netflix on the TV. Thank you!

Although we loved Charleston, I wouldn’t recommend anyone staying here until construction is over. From sometimes 6-7:30 there is yelling and pounding and shaking of the house. One glass dome on a lamp was broken on our arrival and one of our family cut their foot sitting at the table and the garbage disposal was plugged the first day. The house is cute, there was ample room but small commodities such as salt and pepper and coffee filters weren’t supplied. There’s plenty of room in the pantry for a vacuum or a broom to clean up but only paint is stored there. The response time was great in fixing things although they did have to come back twice to finish the job. We loved the area and would probably rent closer to the college areas and not on Line St. again, until consuls over.
When we checked in to the home, excessive chlorine fumes and mildew in the upstairs bathroom ceiling were pervasive.
A call to the office and Bruno took immediate action locating another satisfactory property and property manager Peter helped us move.
Their willingness and ability to help turned, what could have been a problem stay into a good experience. Thank you.

Nice house in a construction zone
Disappointed. The company was good to work with. Accommodating, let us check in really early since I told them one person in our party had health issues and needed a place to rest. House was comfortable. Here is the issue. They say there is construction in the area and show a photo of a small field. In reality the house is in the middle of a huge multi block revival. The street was torn up and had metal plates that made it sound like someone was dropping things on the house every time cars drove by. Constructing started at 630am. This was a massive construction site, Think gigantic crane, multiple crews and loud, large equipment. I contacted company and was told that conditions are always changing and they would bring over a noise machine. The house shook all day long. We feel duped.
Came here for a girls weekend and had the best time! Loved the town and the host was great about being responsive to messages. Great location to walk to some great places!
