Beautiful Unique Home
Easy checkin made even more convenient with our early arrival. Clean spacious home with fresh clean decor. A place to rest your head and be amazed by some unique art. Great backyard for the furry family that tagged along. Short drive to UC for graduate ceremonies and a wide variety of places to dine in or carry out. Perfect rental, highly recommend, and would love to stay again. Thank you to John (owner), Brittany (manager), and the cleaning crew for making our stay a success! It’s so appreciated!

Great location
The property was immaculate and we were welcomed by a lit Christmas tree. Perfect place if you have dogs. Easy access to I-64. Property manager responded immediately and was so nice. We would definitely stay here again.

Home away from home
If you are looking for a place to stay where you feel safe, that is very clean, pet friendly, spacious and conveniently located, look no further. We attended a concert in Charleston and this was the perfect place to stay. We also found Meeks Mountain Trails within 10 minutes and couldn’t have had a better time. John was a wonderful host and we will definitely be back. Thank you for a great experience.

Niece's Wedding Trip - Stellar Place!!
This place was a little slice of heaven! My niece got married at the Historic Woodlawn Estates and rehearsal was at Sleepy Hollow Golf Club. This house was in the perfect location. It was extremely clean and cozy. Beds were comfy and the kitchen was perfect for a few wedding snack preparations. Lots of stores and food places to choose from as well. We will definitely be back.

Great house near Charleston
Great little house about 10 minutes outside of Charleston. Property was very clean and very well taken care of. Looks like it was recently re-modeled before our stay. With 3 rooms, 4 beds, and 2 bathrooms, there is plenty of room for a family of up to 6-8 to stay here. There is even a nice gated backyard for any dogs. The owner/manager was very nice and very quick to respond. We booked the property about 2 days before our stay and they immediately gave me all the check-in/out info and had it ready for our arrival. Only potential turn-off is that the house is right next to the highway, but it is not a busy part of town and the house has very good sound-proofing. Definitely recommend this property if you need an extended stay in the Charleston, WV area.

Back home again...
The property was great! It was nice spending the time with family (a total of 6 of us) without feeling like we were on top of each other. The fenced in back yard was extra special so our service dog could go potty. My only issue was the floor length window in the en suite bathroom not being frosted.

Enjoyed staying here. I really liked the outside patio seating and the patio night lights provided. Smart TV and several lighting/lamps made it easy to feel like home. 20 min commute from the Tampa Airport 15 min from Downtown so the Uber cost wasn’t too bad.

Great place to connect
This was a great location for our family to meet halfway between Ohio and Tennessee. we shared that we were celebrating Christmas together and Christmas decorations were up a long with some Christmas accents, it was a nice touch. Everything was clean and orderly. The only things we would maybe change are minor. We couldn't find any extra kitchen towels and we didn't have enough towels for our whole party. (We didn't ask for any extra, I am sure if we did it wouldn't be a problem). The walk in shower was very slippery and we couldn't find a mat to lay in the shower. Overall, our stay was as expected. We originally had reserved another property however there was a maintenance issue. John and Brittany workes things out to ensure we had a rental that met our needs.

The house was great, with space to spread out for the three of us. As well, was very clean and all the amenities for a stay well covered…towels/linens, laundry and the kitchen. Location-wise, is centrally located…just down the interstate from Charleston in one direction and Huntington the other. Next time we are in town to visit, we’ll look to stay again.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our stay. We broke up our two day road trip with our young kids by staying here. It was super easy to get to, super clean and the host was really responsive. There were many little touches that were great for having kids there—fenced in yard, age appropriate plates, stool for the sink, bathtub. This is going to be our new stay over place!

Served it's purpose.
We drove for 7 hours and were happy to be there. The woman who met us was lovely. The location was perfect for us, right off I64. Marco's pizza delivered and it was delicious. The place was not as clean as I would have hoped. There was used coffee in the coffee maker, the floors had crumbs on them, and I was concerned about the bed sheets having not been washed. I found hairs on them. Not that it was a dirty place by any means. It just wasn't what I am used to staying at different rentals in the past.

This is a beautiful, immaculate home right off the interstate in Scott Depot, WV. My friend, my husband, and I stayed the weekend for our high school reunion. Two events were held in Scott Depot so the location was perfect. We were very comfortable and all our needs were thoughtfully provided for. We celebrated my birthday Saturday afternoon. The house provided the perfect cozy ambiance for that. We loved the unique WV decor especially the wall mural. John is an excellent host. Communication was excellent but not much was needed because everything had already been provided for. Thank you John for an excellent stay!

So convenient and cute!
My husband and I were moving across the country with our dog and cat, so we were looking for a place to stay on our route and found this home. So conveniently located in a quiet area that was super easy to access. My mother in law was with us and just raved about how good the shower was. :) It was adorable and decorated so nicely. Would definitely stay again for a longer trip, there was plenty of space!

My family had a wonderful stay! We decided to try a home instead of a hotel this trip to visit and everyone agreed we found our new “spot”! Beautiful, clean home-with a fenced in yard for the kids to blow off energy from travel. My parents are older so the beautiful WV shower was easy peasy for them to use! The location is perfect! Plenty of restaurants nearby-something for everyone. We can’t say enough wonderful things about how much this house made us feel right at home. Thank you, John! We will be back :)

Cute house, newly remodeled, close to interstate
This is a cute little house that's bigger than it looks. It's newly remodeled and well cared for. The owner is a pleasure to deal with, he makes things easy. The traffic can be a little loud but, it's nothing that ear plugs can't overcome. It's a convenient and easy to get to location, I'd recommend it if you are traveling through WV.

Great gem in the Valley
