Adorable bungalow close to downtown and Folly Beach! Park Pass Included!

Beautiful cottage surrounded by lovely landscaping. Just a 10 minute drive to the beach and roughly 15 minutes to downtown Charleston. You will enjoy spending time in this 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage right in the center of James Island. From the time you pull in the driveway, you will notice the attention to detail. ** Please note the driveway is long enough for 2 cars. Pack your bags for a trip to Charleston! The property is fully equipped with a full kitchen, washer/dryer, sheets, towels. In addition, there is toilet paper and paper towels. While staying at this property, you will enjoy the screened in patio with a dining table for 4. There are also two comfortable chairs for sipping your morning coffee on the porch. When you feel like going to the beach, don’t bother packing your beach chair as there are 2 chairs along with boogie boards and beach towels. When you come home from the beach, you may even want to use the outdoor shower! Very private shower and the back of the house. In the evenings, whether you want to go out or stay in, there are tons of restaurants close by. However, when you feel like staying in, there is a grill at the property and a perfect area outside great for cooking out and enjoying the exterior features of this home.
There is even a fire pit right by the outdoor seating area guests are welcome to use. We do try to provide firewood for our guests. Whether you are coming for a long relaxing weekend or even a business trip, this home has it all! Take advantage of the County Park pass this home provides. The local park is only a couple miles away and has plenty to do! Great walking paths, bike rentals, paddleboard and kayak rentals too! This pass also allows you into the other local parks Charleston has to offer. What more can you ask for! We look forward to having you!

Amazing stay in Folly Beach/James Island

Great place for our honeymoon!

We had a great time staying here on our honeymoon. Everything was very convenient to get to, only 15 minutes to downtown or the beach. The park pass was great for getting to the best secluded beach spot. We loved sitting on the screen porch during the thunderstorms!

Golf weekend

Stayed here for an extended weekend and LOVED it. Very quiet and private. Used the fire pit one night and loved it. We Ubered into town every night which was super easy. Bed was very comfy and the bungalow was spotless- we hope to stay here again for another golf vacation.

Wedding Trip to Charleston

We came to attend a friend’s wedding and the quaint little cottage was the perfect place for us to stay. The weather was perfect and the screened in porch with hammock swing was well attended while watching the birds and squirrels play in a beautifully landscaped yard.

Love this little cottage

I highly recommend this cute little cottage. It is a perfect place for a couple to visit the Charleston area. Close to everything. It is clean, well appointed, convenient to everything and the hosts are wonderful! They care about their guest and want them to feel at home. We really enjoyed our stay and will go back.

Clean, modern with a European flair, so very quiet at night, comfortable bed, and a Starbucks in walking distance. Also EV friendly with a 12A outlet next to the driveway.

My husband and I had an incredible stay here. Was such a cozy end to our trip. It was nice being near downtown Charleston but still have a quiet space to retreat to. An added bonus, the bathroom is insane with the most awesome set up.

Great stay!

This place was great. It was very clean and very well stocked. Perfect for a couple. The location is perfect, can get to Charleston in about 15 mins and Folly beach in 10. Me and my girlfriend were able to go and explore and see so much but not have to drive a lot and that’s nice. The garden in the backyard is absolutely beautiful and you can tell they put a lot of hard work into it. The screened in porch was a relaxing spot to end long days of exploring downtown Charleston and walking the magnolia(a must do) and cypress gardens. Would definitely stay here again… oh and the shower totally lives up to the hype!

Superb retreat

The property was exactly as listed , with little extra touches that made our stay special. It is in a beautiful garden in a quiet neighborhood, but only a few minutes away from the beach and downtown Charleston. Would highly rrecommend this property.

Wonderful get away in nature

I had a wonderful time here in a beautiful backyard setting with nature and beaches nearby. Fabulous guest house with kitchen to cook a Cindy bed and all the things you need for a homey stay.
