Bedroom 1: Two queen beds, large ensuite bath, wainscoting with intricate carvings, beautiful ceiling plasterwork. Bedroom 2: Queen size bed with private bathroom, natural light, delightful art.
Bathroom 1: Marble and tile bath, deluxe shower head, separate handheld shower, glass shower door. Bathroom 2: Private bath with tub/shower combination, rain shower head, large floating vanity.
Kitchen: Fully stocked, combination Keurig drip / pod combination coffee maker, all the small electronic gadgets.

This is not a typical short-term rental; it is not a renovated dependency or a newly constructed unit in an old neighborhood, nor is it situated on a tiny lot in a questionable or remote area. The old hardwood floors, tall ceilings, original moldings, plasterwork, windows, and doors exude a special warmth, character, and charm that is very difficult to achieve in new construction. The exterior copper roof and guttering provide additional warmth and character. It`s the real deal!

This was a really wonderful apartment in an ideal location of Charleston. We were 5 people, had plenty of space/bedding- definitely worth it and would stay again!
We absolutely loved this property! It was spacious, beautifully decorated, well stocked and very clean. The location was perfect -- easy to get downtown, easy to get to Mt. Pleasant and elsewhere -- and the area felt very safe and walkable. Plenty of shopping and restaurants nearby. We couldn't recommend it more highly!

Wonderful home away from home! Great base camp to enjoy Charleston, the nicest city in the US! Nice details like a throw for a chilly evening on the great porch. Very comfy beds and linens. Nice amenities like the fire pit area and parking. The neighbor hood has a great coffee shop but can get a bit loud on the weekends. All in all- a very good experience!
St Philip’s Square is a cozy oasis in the head of the city. This is our second stay and as usual The accommodations included anything and everything you could need for a home away from home. The property is beautiful with a long porch and walking distance to all restaurants, shopping and attractions. Thank you for such a wonderful visit
My 4 friends and I stayed here for a long weekend. The house was beautiful and clean. The linens and towels were great, tons of awesome small details (nice soap in bathrooms, sound machines in each room, etc). Jamie and her staff were super friendly and very accommodating, we saw them around the property often. Outside street was a little noisy, especially on Saturday night, but as mentioned above, sound machines in each room definitely helped and it’s a trade-off that I’m more than ok with for the great location and awesome place.
We recently stayed at this property and absolutely loved it! It was spacious, very clean, and was in an amazing location with very close proximity to downtown. We all said we would definitely stay here again!
Parking was great. The location of the property allowed us to walk to nearby shops and restaurants. All the extras provided in the apartment was a nice touch (coffee, shampoo, soaps, etc.). Thank you. We will stay in one of your properties again when visiting Charleston.

We loved this unit. Perfect for our family of five. Great to walk to King Street. So helpful to have designated parking, as many options we considered didn't. Owner was responsive to the one question we had while there. We would definitely return!
