Our stay was top notch: from the check in, to the breakfast and the cleaniless of the hotel. The hospitality Judy and Jennifer showed was wonderful. If and when we return we will definitely stay at the Hampton In. And Suites

We stayed for one night. The room was nice, comfortable and clean. The only thing was that the AC was a little noisy, but Tolerable. The staff was nice and polite. Breakfast was good. They had some hot options, cereal and whole fruits, yogurt, etc. overall, it was very good!

The front desk attendants were very friendly and provided great suggestions on restaurants. The two women who run the breakfast buffet were incredible. Very friendly, helpful, eager to please, great attention to details and a wonderful experience in the mornings. The. Service they provide is enough to lure travelers to return to this Hampton Inn !

Very convenient location. We walked across the street to a Japanese restaurant and had transportation back and forth to the casino. All the staff were awesome !

The outside of the building is fine but the rooms need some updating. The hallways smelled musty and like cigarette smoke. We saw mold on the wall. The air conditioning in the room was the old style that blew some cold air but was so loud and vibrating we could not sleep. The air was moist and clammy which contributed to the mustiness of the room.

We had a nice stay, there was no housekeeping due to staff shortage. Our room was clean though, maybe look at the living wage you pay and increase it so you can have staff.

Great breakfast as always with the Hampton. Super friendly and helpful staff. Best pool and spa tub I have ever been in! Spoiled by old and very noisy A/C units disturbing our sleep. Manager was great about it and comp'd the room

I'm sure this is a decent place with the suite that we had had a carpet odor that was pretty strong and the air conditioner never got the room cool even after 2 days which means everything to me so I wouldn't stay here again nothing against the people they were very nice

Very nice property convenient to the Charles Town Casino and a short drive from downtown Ranson and Harpers Ferry. Rooms were clean and spacious. Would definitely stay here again.
