"We never tired of the view and although it's elevated position means a short trundle up a hill if you're on foot, it's well worth it and not at all strenuous. The food is excellent and the hotel is very comfortable."
"Nothing to dislike about the Norfolk Lodge hotel. Staff were pleasent. Rooms were good standard. A lot of food options including the Bar meu and the buffet style dinner. A lot of options at breakfast including a selection of meats. Overall an excellenr place to stay. Would highly recommend."

"We stayed in the apartment for a week. We were welcomed on arrival and if we had any questions the manager was only a phone call away for out of hours queries. The apartment was clean and comfortable especially the bed. It was possible to cook meals in the apartment or eat out in the many restaurants close by. There is a washer dryer and a clothes airer in the apartment. The shower was good. There is a corner shop a few minutes walk from the apartment. There are lots of restaurants a few minutes walk away and some that are a 10 minute walk away. There is a car park about a 5 minute walk from the apartment. But it does vary on the amount of time you can park on each floor. Something to be mindful about. Excellent location in St Heiler. We would definitely recommend SACO Jersey and would love to visit again some day.

"The staff were very efficient, very helpful and friendly. I didn't try the restaurant for dinner, but I had some bar food - very good, and the breakfast buffet was excellent. My room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend."
"What a wonderful hotel! Myself and my son had the best stay here, he absolutely loved being able to go to the swimming pool everyday and thoroughly enjoyed the flow rider experience. Every member of staff we met were super friendly and made the stay comfortable. The evening entertainment had a good balance of activities for the whole family. Breakfast had a great selection of foods and was a welcome addition to the stay so we could fuel up every morning. Everywhere in the hotel was super clean and our room was spotlessly clean each day by Shaun. The hotel is a short 10-15 minute walk into town and easy to do with children. We would certainly come back!!!! "
