"A great find! The hotel was ideally located a short stroll from centre. The property was spotlessly clean and well maintained. The room was also spotless with a comfy bed.The staff were lovely and especially helpful when we had to extend our stay as the ferries were cancelled due to bad weather. The food in the restautant was faultless and the bar was good value. Altogether, a really great experience."

"The staff were so helpful throughout our stay. The bedroom was lovely and the breakfast choice was unbelievable. We used the pool and saunas every day and they were never too busy.The location of the hotel was great right outside a bus stop which allowed us to travel around the island. We would have no hesitation if visiting jersey again to stay at the grand jersey"

"Loved proximity to beach. Unfortunate that construction impeded the view from the dining room and there was no terrace to sit on. Front desk staff and housekeeping staff very helpful. Only criticism was the breakfast buffet being the same every day and not very warm. overall a decent hotel and would go back there."

"The staff were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Good parking on site. Room a little outdated but very comfortable. We had breakfast incl. again you could order anything off the menu , change it up or add extras to it. Really good food. One night we had dinner here again food was amazing and service was excellent."
