    1 bedroom with a double bed at the 1st floor , living room with sofa bed, kitchen and 1 small bathroom with shower at the ground floor.

    Detached one-level maisonette next to the beach and the cafes of Koum Kapi. Five minute walk to the famous Venetian harbor of Chania, the central Market and the shops. Old building, recently partially renovated and with new furniture and electrical appliances. The ladder is steeply inclined and requires attention and the bathroom is new but small.
