About this property

Emmanouil’s House Chania Old Town

  • Two-storey maisonette on a pedestrian street in the center of the old town, with a total area of 116 sqm, balcony on the 1st floor and veranda on the 2nd floor where the bedrooms and bathroom are located. The house is built in 1952 and since then it has been inhabited by our family. Authentic retro space for visitors who want to experience an original Cretan urban house of the past.
    It can accommodate up to 5 people. (2 in the double bed, 2 in single beds converted into a double bed without a partition and 1 in a sofa bed on the 1st floor)
    On the first floor there is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room and comfortable lounge / living room.
    On the second floor you can find the bedrooms, the bathroom and a spacious furnished veranda.
