Great stay!

Overall great stay, very central location and easy checkin process, even though we arrived after 22hrs. Location is quiet but super central, the habour and old town is accessible in less than 5 mins by foot. There is parking on the main street and also a big free parking lot just 5 mins away. Would definitely stay again,

Lovely hotel on the edge of the old town in Chania. Very spacious room with balcony and views of the sea and the old Venetian wall. Staff were excellent and attentive - can’t recommend highly enough!

My son stayed with his cousin. They loved the location and convenience. Could walk everywhere including the Venetian port. Also very spacious.

Great location but needs little upgrade.

The apartment is really nice and the location is great. One of the bed was really comfortable, the other one is hard as rock. It missing an unbrella on the balcony. Between noon and 19h30 the sun is right on you and its way too hot without shade. I would of spent so much more time on the balcony.

We enjoyed stayingnat this hotel very much! The staff were very helpful and the room was spacious and comfortable! Plus, the hotel was very close to the city center, so to everything! Our room was on the first floor and the other people coming into the building were extremely loud, which woke us up at all hours of the night. Other than that, the hotel was wonderful!

Great memories in Chania!

Fantastic stay at Deluxe hotel! Renovated facilities including an updated bathroom. We got a room that was looking to a side, quiet street. We loved that it was pitch black at night and that the AC worked really well in August. The location was great to walk to restaurants (Chania old town is only 15 min walking to anywhere so any hotel would be fine), but parking was convenient at Deluxe because it’s next to some streets that have easier parking. We loved the Saturday farmer’s market and picked up some local fruits at great prices.

Great place, let down by description of facilities

The place was really comfortable and couldn’t fault it as such. However we booked that particular place as it stated laundry facilities were available. We are travelling across Europe and that was one of our deciding factors when booking. There weren’t any, but looks as though there was in the past. If I didn’t need any I would definitely book here again.

There was no hot water on the first night, and the front desk is closed in the evening so we had to take shower with cold water. Also, it’s high season but there the front desk is closed at random times during the day. And be careful when asking the front desk to call a taxi for you. They are not legal taxi but more like a friend driving their private car. So they don’t have permit to drop you off at the airport departure gate but a parking lot a few minutes away. Also, the driver has lots of dangerous driving behaviors so be careful.

Chambre qui donne directement sur la rue en RDC donc beaucoup de bruits et de lumière dès 5h du matin. Nous avons donc passé une très mauvaise nuit. Sinon points positifs la chambre et la salle de bain sont très bien décorées.

Brandnew comfi nice hotel in the heart of Chania

Luckily i foind this beautyful little treasure here. Aost in the jeart of old town of chania. Spacy "boutique-stylish) modern rooms with comfortable big bed and for greece very rare a nice brandnew bathroom with a hige shower and always hot water came out from the nice Rainforest-Massage Panel. I had a car and parking was never a problem closeby (be careful of saturdays when Market is taking place ... than you should park your car evening before downwards at Koum Kapi). In the room yoi can find everything: Minifridge, Coffee-/Teamaker, Laundry-Stand, Iron, Hairblower. WIFI was always working with high Speed. All bars, Markethall, Koum Kapi with the nice Cafe's and Tavernas, Old Port ... you can reach with almost all in 5 mins by walk. Right next door is a super-market, where you can find all basic things. Check In was the fastest i ever had ... took 1 minute 👍. Thjanks to Aavra.For sure on my next stay will choose again this great place.

Nobody at the front desk(low season, but still...), we had to call the number to ask the person to let us in our room. He rushed off and there was nobody at the front desk our whole stay. Rooms and facilities in good condition, lack of wardrobes/hook for clothes in other room.

Ho soggiornato in questo Hotel per le mie vacanze estive. La stanza era molto carina e ben arredata. Pulita con tutto il necessario (phon, ferro da stiro, cassaforte). A parte il check-in che è stato molto frettoloso e poco caloroso, il soggiorno è stato molto confortevole. Da notare che non esiste reception e il check-in deve essere fatto prima delle 21. La posizione è molto comoda e si può raggiungere il centro a piedi in una decina di minuti.
