Great apartment

Room or I should say apartment was very spacious n very well kept. In a great location in old town with lots of restaurants in area. Owner/ manager Nora was a lovely lady who was great to talk with n offer her help. Would definitely stay there again.

Excellent stay - thank you

We were so happy that we stayed at Casa del Mar. The location in Chania was excellent for all the things to see/do/eat in/around the town. And the room with the balcony was lovely - and although there was some noise from the street below, this was not at all annoying at all. And Nora was exceptionally helpful with advice and suggestions. We hope to visit again!

An amazing hotel in the heart of Chania

An amazing place to stay in the heart of Chania old town. I'd happily give this place 11 stars if I could. The host, Eleonora was extremely helpful and we're really happy we chose her hotel for our 5 nights in Chania. The room was well equipped, clean, comfortable, quiet. It had everything we needed for our holiday. The location is perfect, you have the harbour, many cafes and restaurants right at your doorstep. We'd come back to stay here again for sure!

The hotel was amazing and good location in Chania. The owners of the hotel were fabulous. They even took their time to help us out with a broken down car. Wonderful folks. Definitely recommend the hospitality here.

Historic Hotel in the Heart of Chania

My partner and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Casa del Mar Hotel. The property is in a perfect location within the old town and a few minute's walk from all of the attractions. The hosts are very helpful, knowledgeable about the best restaurants to eat at and sites to see. Highly recommend staying here.

Très bon endroit

Accueil très agréable. Les propriétaires sont serviables et sympathiques. La chambre était confortable, équipée d'une petite cuisine. La propreté irréprochable, Serviettes emballées, gel hydroalcolique et lingettes à disposition. L'emplacement est idéal, au coeur de la vieille ville, dans une jolie ruelle. Une precision, l'accès à l'hôtel ne peut pas se faire en voiture. Il faut accéder par la zone de travaux sur le pont tout proche.

Very clean and very comfortable room at one of the best locations in the Old Town. The staff is very friendly and welcome. As I arrived with a late flight, my access to my room was already prepared and the check in was stress free. In Covid19 times, you feel safe 24/7 in Casa Del Mar. Hygiene is of first class and the rules are kept perfectly well by the staff and without making you feel uncomfortable at any time.I would certainly come back with no second thoughts. Thank you Eleonora, thank you Casa Del Mar for making my holidays so relaxing and enjoyable.

L'hôtel è in un palazzo veneziano del 600. Accoglienza e disponibilità oltre ogni aspettativa, camere ampie e bellissime curate in ogni particolare ed in stile veneziano. Tv satellitare, che in Grecia è abbastanza rara. Prezzo expredia irrisorio per questi luxury apartments. Bellissimo.

Problemino iniziale ma poi tutto bene

Bella esperienza nel pieno centro di Chania. Proprietari gentilissimi e cortesi, anche se c’è stato un disguido iniziale . Appena arrivati non siam ostati opportunamente informati su come raggiungere la struttura che era in zona pedonale e quindi ci abbiamo messo un’ora per parcheggiare e capire con la proprietaria il tutto. Comunque poi si sono ripresi alla grande con tanti accorgimenti posti in essere ed un’estrema cortesia.

The hotel is located in the old town, very close to the old port and plenty of restaurants and cafes. Is at walking distance from the most important places to visit. The staff is amazing! They are kind, helpful and will make sure you have a pleasant stay. I'd book again

Great spot just steps from harbor

Wonderful rooms in the heart of old town. The front rooms have balconies over the pedestrian street, and the rear ones overlook a quiet garden area. Our room was a small apartment with a little kitchen and a loft. Very good condition, good bathroom. Owners are charming and very helpful. Note that it's on a street with no car access, so don't waste time like we did trying to drive to it! Parking garage on Piraeus St under the supermarket is closest, about 150m walk.

Ci siamo stati a dicembre, in centro storico quasi tutti i negozi sono chiusi resistono aperti pochi ritrovi (bar e ristoranti). pochi i turisti. Siamo stati sistemati in tipico lotto del centro storico, le stanze sono al secondo e ultimo piano. Sistemazione faticosa: alloggio pulito, ma senza un appoggio per valigie asciugamani o dentifricio ((niente di tutto ciò). Inoltre faceva freddo il condizionatore non riusciva a riscaldare bene l'ambiente anche perché, uscendo per tenere la chiave, si era costretti a togliere corrente. Insomma una sistemazione pensata per l'estate ma poco per l'inverno.

This was a delightful place to stay for a few nights as it not only had a kitchen and washing machine it had a number of appliances in kitchen such as toaster that we didn't get in other places. The manager was extremely helpful with advice and when the stove didn't work she allowed us to use another apartments. Even though it was November we enjoyed coffee on the patio. Really liked this place though the post in the kitchen was a bit of challenge when it came to meal prep.

Hotel was small. I think only 4 rooms. Owner/manager very nice and accomadating. End of season so very slow. mostly no one is around related to staff. Very old and very cute. Only complaint is that the mattresses were covered in plastic. I simply don’t like this. I was able to remove plastic and that solved that problem.
