The mansion is located in Chania’s Old Town in the Splatzia area, 150 metres from the Venetian Market and the charming Municipal Market. Just a few metres from the house, you’ll find yourself in Splatzia Square, home to the historic Greek Orthodox Church of St. Nicholas with its Turkish minaret, as well as picturesque cafés, restaurants, and taverns.
The property has been fully renovated and is beautifully decorated with elegant furnishings. It is divided into three levels, ensuring privacy for each bedroom. On the ground floor, there is a living area and a bedroom with twin beds and an en suite bathroom. On the first level, there is a kitchen with a sitting area and a bedroom with a double bed; finally, on the second level, you’ll find the third bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom.
