"The room was extremely clean and the bed was very comfortable. It was nice to have a refrigerator and a location in Orchard for such a low price. . It is a great place to stay if you are spending much time in the room as the room is small and has no chair to sit on. "

Special thanks to the floor managers of Clove at breakfast, who noticed my parents (now in their 80's) had low mobility - always ensured that we were seated close to the breakfast buffet. She was thrilled! They went above and beyond. In addition it was at a great location, a great pool, and quickly let us have a late check out when our travel plans changed. "

"The property was beautiful, with a very dramatic lobby. The staff was courteous, and quite helpful with any questions that I may have. My Marina Bay view room was incredible, well worth the extra cost. I loved the easy access to the mall, underneath the hotel. One reason that I booked this hotel, was that it reminded me of the grand feel, of the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco, which I have always loved."

"Cleaning staff did amazing job. Great location. Took the subway everywhere, tap and go, easy to navigate. Very crowded tiny lobby no matter what time of the day. Rooms are on the smaller side even tho reception said they gave me an upgrade. Very tight bathrooms the size of airplane bathrooms."
