"This hotel is geared towards local clients. Our room was excecutive but shower was not working. Bucket was provided for shower. No hot water. No toilet paper. Had to ask repeatedly, told will bring it up but that didn't happen. Hallway, outside our room stray cat's feces not cleaned. Carpet dirty with food stains. TV only played Hindi advertisements for news etc. Restaurant on premise served great food.Breakfast was included but limited choices. No buffet. Order to make. Just omelet and toast....

What was a genuine 11/10 was the staff - they went over and above to ensure that my guests had a great stay from the minute they landed at the airport to the time they took off.
