"Loved my stay here! Quiet location, perfectly situated just a few minutes walk from Chania Old Town and near a beach. The staff are lovely and very helpful, showing great Greek hospitality day or night. Their local knowledge was invaluable. The rooms are modern, kept very clean and spacious. Ours had a view of the sea and a big balcony. The bathroom had a large tub and a walk-in shower, with two sinks!"

"I had a wonderful stay at Morum City Hotel! I was pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a Junior Studio Suite with a huge balcony, which was wonderful for sitting outside in the evenings with friends. The staff were fantastic, from the front desk to the housekeeping team. Everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The breakfast was good, and the location was excellent, with an easy walk down to the harbour. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!"

It is no door from living area to the bathroom,so it is crazy cold when you get out from the shower,and enclosure itself is ridiculously uncomfortable, Other thing -guests are allowed to smoke in a balcony,no separation between smoking and nonsmoking rooms,so you will smell disgusting cigarette smoke all day long… Also -5 star hotel does not have heated pool ,so October 12 th pool temperature was 15 degrees Celsius-that is absolutely ridiculous…please invest some money for your pool heating,so guests,who paid for 5 star hotel can enjoy it …"

The pool seemed to be always in the shade, surrounded by buildings so we didn’t use it as we were there in October. The breakfast was good with many options.
