"I had reserved a king room and when I went to checkin was given a double room, initially, informed there were no king rooms. When I presented my confirmation for a king room he switched it to a king, somehow!! "

"Hotel is being renovated. Lots of construction stuff. Caulking in bath was uneven and there will be leaks. Reused bath door had repaired hole and stopper holes. Shower floor was extremely slippery. Staff was terrific and Kick Back and breakfast were terrific."
