"Room was perfect. They advertise on their website & hotels.com that their are dog friendly with no restrictions. When we arrived it turned out the have a 15kg restriction which we did not meet. We also could not leave the dog alone in the property even though he is an older, well behaved (non noise making dog). We were made sign a document to agree to their conditions in order for our dog to be accepted. We obviously felt like we had little choice and this affected our plans for the evening. The...

"Clean and modern comfortable hotel. The staff were lovely - very helpful and friendly. The restaurant was nicely presented and the menu was good and varied. The only thing is that we thought it was a little overpriced and the food was not hot. I had to send it back and it was still not very hot when it came back. "

The toilet seat was broken and only the short flush worked. The shower soap dispenser lid was missing. One of the lights just glowed.
