Sales Training
We were in need of a place that offered space for our boats and cooking meals for the group. We were very lucky to find Cox Eye and this place perfect. Patty was super easy to work with and being close to a boat ramp saved us a lot of time. Thank you Patty!! See you next year!

Pheasant Hunt
We used this as basecamp for Pheasant hunting and it worked out great. Great location with everything you might need within walking distance. Place was clean, beds were comfortable and the shower had great water pressure.

The location of your place is perfect. Easy access to a boat ramp nearby. The house was extremely clean. The garage was perfect for boat placement during our stay.

Great River Cabin
We stayed a week at this cabin to be close to the river. We loved the convenience of being close to food and fun. We visited the nearby beach several times and really enjoyed being able to utilize the large shop while we stayed.

Home was neat and fit our needs, the garage was a bonus. Nice bedrooms with comfortable beds.
This was a good fit for our trip, close to shopping, beautiful river walk, all nice activities while husbands were hunting.

We had a great stay at Cox Eye in Chamberlain! We were a little late arriving from PA to pick up my son who had been hunting at another lodge for a few days before I got there. Stacey picked him up and brought him over to the vrbo since his check out time was hours before we got there. the place was clean and neat and centrally located. We will stay again when we come back next year. One other thing - my friend "lost" his truck keys there during our stay - didn't notice until we got to the airport - Patty found them and sent them to him - very nice caring people. Thank you!! Mike

Short supply
Short supply towels. No tv access. Tv is located in upstairs where the ceiling is about 6’ tall. Not really big enough area to hang and watch tv. No space in bedrooms. Couches upstairs should fold into another bed. The 3 bedroom will not fit 3 ppl and all the luggage. No washer or dryer. No privacy from anyone. Not once piece of grass located on property. This is a nice place but not really acquainted for 7-8 ppl. 4-5 people at most with the utilities etc… not a good place for dogs. The owners will drop in on you whenever and ask first day of meeting you what time do you plan to leave. Nice place to clean fish outside with wash down station. Overall I’d think it is a little high for what you’re actually getting. It’s better than a motel without the privacy

Great place to stay for pheasant hunting
Great location and perfect place for hunters. The garages are worth their weight in gold. Easy to pack the trucks and clean birds. Beds are really comfortable too.

Wonderful place to stay in Chamberlain
The lodge is a very convenient place to stay in Chamberlain. It's central to the activities and attractions so that the downtown stores are within walking distance and everything else is a short drive away. The lodge was very clean and quiet with plenty of space.
