The staff at the hotel were very considerate. The two times they forgot something, they were very apologetic and went out of their way to make up for it. It would have been nice to have an iron in my room, though.

The hotel is very clean, modern, and in a great, convenient location. The room was comfortable and well maintained. The only small downside was some noise from outside, but overall it was a very pleasant stay.
