Merhaba, 25-04-2025 ile 27-04-2025 tarihlerinde otelinizde konakladım. Ancak konaklamam sırasında birçok sorun yaşadım: • Oda havalandırmaları oldukça kirliydi ve odada yerde böcekler geziyordu. • Altıncı katta kalıyorduk ancak asansör çalışmıyordu. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen ancak iki saat sonra geri dönüş yapıldı. • Otele giriş saati 15:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16:30’a kadar giriş yapmamıza izin verilmedi. • Koridor kapıları şifreliydi, ancak bize şifre bilgisi verilmedi. Temizlik görevlilerinden zorla öğrenmek zorunda kaldık. Bu yaşadığımız aksaklıklar konforumuzu ve tatil deneyimimizi ciddi şekilde olumsuz etkiledi. Konuyla ilgili tarafınızdan açıklama ve mağduriyetimizin giderilmesi konusunda çözüm bekliyorum.
