"This was our second time at NLH MATI and its was excellent, The rooms were very clean,the public areas were spacious and clean, the buffet breakfast was a 10 complemented by a direct water view, inside and outside seating, high quality food, coffee and deserts, the servers were very helpful. Unfortunately the hotl only has 4 guest parking spots however we found parking spots on all adjacent well lit streets. here are plenty of taverns and coffee shops around and restaurants serving .fresh caught...

I arrived and since I had several pieces of luggage they placed me on the second floor with a small elevator access. Chic, modern interior, almost an Asian feel, bed was lovely! "Booked this hotel last minute – all the streets around the hotel are under construction, getting to the hotel was a challenge. Hotel was not very full, so we got a 4th floor room, which was nice because only the 4th floor really offer a seaview. Room was fine but the bathroom needed work – such as the shower was missing one of its 2 doors, missing floor drain grate, etc. Breakfast was wonderful, way beyond continental. It had a nice pool, but we didn’t use it. "

"Amazing hotel with superb, friendly staff, great location in the Plaka historical district - minutes away from the Acropolis, Agora, shopping, dining and pretty much anything else you might want to do in Athens. Breakfast on the beautiful rooftop deserves a special mention - amazing cornucopia of delicious Greek breads, cheeses, olives, honey on a comb, served with your choice of freshly brewed coffee and/or juice. A terrific feast for the senses! The indoor pool and sauna also deserve a special mention - super relaxing, easy to reserve. The pool is often empty, so you can enjoy it with some privacy. Spacious comfortable rooms with beautiful views (especially if you have a balcony) of the Parthenon. Just a great place to stay! "
