Room was clean and like a standard hotel room. The gym was small and the treadmill was the only electronic machine that was plugged in a working. You can here people come and go through their doors.

Property is okay. Clean and comfortable room. Brandywine valley is beautiful. Staff is nice. Management is cheap. Two hanger per room and they had to scrounge to find me 3 extras, front desk not staffed in the morning. If you want service for your room, be sure to specify every single thing you want done otherwise you come back to find your room not fully made up, utensils removed etc. Easily fixed for a nice property in a beautiful area. Seems like poor management and cheap owners

Thank you for your review Sherri. We are sorry that you did not enjoy your stay with us. I did remind my front desk staff and housekeeping staff that we do have multiple cases of new hangers in storage so I am sorry that was an issue.

I liked the cozy atmosphere. The decor was classy and well appointed. The staff were warm and friendly. The location was superb for the attractions we wished to visit. We had a lovely stay and will be back.

Walls are thin, people in next room were noisy. Not many guests, why put guests right next door?

Furniture needs some updating, carpet in the room was not vacuumed properly. Receipt was never sent after check out, safety deposit was not returned as supposed to be.

Thank you for your review Oleg! We are currently working on the design portion of a full renovation for the hotel so please know we are going to have a refresh soon. In regards to the receipt, you did pay through Expedia directly so they are the ones to send the receipt as our system didn't charge you. I reviewed your reservation and it shows the hold on your card was released at checkout however it does take a few business days to release on your card providers end and they all differ. Otherwise we hope you enjoyed the rest of your stay!

The hotel is beautiful and very clean. The room was just as expected and it too was very clean. The beds were very comfortable. We were fortunate enough to dine at an event and the food was amazing.

The restaurant &bar was convenient and the food excellent. The room was ok. The room with the bed did not have blackout curtains. We had 3 in the room so we used the sofa bed. The walkway between the open sofa bed and TV stand was very narrow so folks sleeping in the bedroom had to be extra careful to navigate safely around that sofa bed.

The room was very nice and clean. Seasonal decorations were beautiful. My only concern was that there was no information in the room such as local attractions, how to use the TV, WiFi, etc. I didn't have any problems; I was only there one night. Still, a pleasant stay!

Our anniversary place!
We stay here annually to celebrate our anniversary. It never disappoints! Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, breakfast is delish!!!! The restaurant is amazing! Beautiful area and hotel.

We were in the second section of the Inn and we all shared that our rooms were cold. Further, the step up into our rooms was a worry I had for my elderly friends.

I was in a handicapper room that was so well furnished and designed for someone with difficulties with ambulation. Very well thought out and implemented. I was able to get around in my room without any difficulties. Thank you.

Clean, convenient location, short ride to most Brandywine attractions. Large room (disabled) with plenty of electrical outlets. Above average breakfast buffet and welcoming dining facility. Restaurant food, staff, and service excellent. Parking free and lots of it.
