"Nice hotel, brilliant location overlooking Copacabana. We had a sea view room which was well worth the extra cost.
Only disappointment was the WiFi, in our room it was awful, kept dropping out, couldn't send messages etc. It seemed better in reception and on the roof.
The pool on the roof is tiny so it's more for a dip rather than a swim. There's a bar on the roof too which has great views over the beach and Christ the redeemer.
Breakfast is good, nice selection.
Staff were friendly and helpful and some spoke very good English.
There are only 2 lifts and sometimes you waited a while for one.
Would recommend and would stay here again."

"I want to sincerely thank Copacabana for their understanding and support. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to board my flight because I didn’t have the required visa to enter Brazil — a last-minute issue that completely changed my plans.
Despite this, they accepted my refund request without any hassle, and I truly appreciate the fairness and professionalism shown. It’s rare to find that kind of customer care these days.
Although I couldn’t make it this time, I’m definitely looking forward to booking my stay with them on my next trip to Brazil. Kudos to the team for being so considerate — you’ve earned my loyalty!"
