"The Property is well maintained and is perfect if you want a silent retreat. Though Minibar in room only contains 1 bottle of sparkling water, 1 pack of juice and a pack of milk together with a small chips bag and crackers. Room service is only available until 2230 which i think is early for a 5 star hotel, the hotels shuttle service was a positive surprise even though there where not as many times you could order it. "We were due to stay here 9 nights but cut our break short after 5 nights. Whilst the bedroom was huge, the bed itself was rock hard, probably the hardest bed we've slept in. I went straight to reception to ask for a mattress topper which made no difference reaulting in poor sleep quality. At check in, we were asked upfront for 2000 bhats deposit, cash only.
