"Tanja’s villa was absolutely perfect for our family holiday! The location is amazing - quiet, peaceful and only 10 minutes drive from the beautiful town of Omiš, all with stunning views of both the sea and mountains. The villa is spacious, we were there as a group of 6 including teenagers and a young child, and there was plenty of space both indoors and in the outside areas. The pool is incredible, and was the perfect temperature - just slightly heated to take the edge off. We had loads of fun both at the villa and out and about in Omiš and Split, and would absolutely recommend this amazing place to friends and family. Tanja is a friendly and very helpful host who was very attentive and kind, answering any questions we had."

"Unser zehntägiger Aufenthalt in der Villa Stozak war traumhaft schön - genauso wie die Villa selbst. Hier ist an alles gedacht, um einen perfekten Urlaub genießen zu können. Die stilvollen und äußerst sauberen Zimmer, der tolle Pool, in dem man aufgrund seiner Länge sogar sehr gut schwimmen kann, die schöne und gemütliche Außenküche mit Grill, die stimmungsvolle Außenbeleuchtung am Abend. Alles top! Insgesamt die beste Unterkunft, in der wir je Urlaub gemacht haben. Gekrönt wurde alles noch durch die tolle Kommunikation und hilfsbereite Betreuung durch unsere Gastgeberin. Sie war bei jeder Frage sofort zur Stelle. Vielen lieben Dank noch einmal, liebe Mirjana."

"We loved our stay at Villa Nike! The house is immaculately maintained and was beautifully clean when we arrived. It's stocked with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. We visited during a heatwave so the air conditioning and the lovely pool were an absolute godsend. Our hosts were fantastic. They were on call if we needed them for anything and even went as far as making sure the house was stocked up with the essentials when we arrived, including a lovely platter of cheeses and hams, fresh bread and even beer and wine! I cannot rate this villa and our lovely hosts highly enough, for a place as perfect as this the scale needs to go beyond 5 stars!"

"We had a truly wonderful holiday and cannot recommend this villa highly enough.From the moment we booked, the hosts were absolutely fantastic. They couldn't have done more to help us, providing everything we needed and consistently going above and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay. Their hospitality and attention to detail made all the difference.The villa itself is exceptional, beautifully presented, superbly equipped, and immaculately maintained. The beds were incredibly comfortable, there was plenty of everything we needed, and it genuinely felt like a home from home. The huge pool was a real highlight, and the jaw-dropping views from the terrace were simply breathtaking. We never tired of sitting outside and taking in the scenery.The location is equally impressive. It's just a short walk to a lovely sandy beach, with miles of beautiful coastal paths to explore. For those who enjoy the outdoors, the villa is perfectly situated for spectacular hikes and bike rides in the surrounding hills and mountains.Omiš itself is only a short stroll away and is a charming, historic town full of character, with plenty of shops, bars, restaurants, and cafés to enjoy.This was one of the best holiday properties we have ever stayed in, and we would return in a heartbeat. Thank you to the wonderful hosts for making our stay so memorable. Highly recommended! "

"We had a wonderful stay at Viva. The view is simply magnificent. The apartment itself is very well equipped, modern, and spotless, offering everything needed for a comfortable stay. Our host was kind and welcoming, ready to help with any question. It’s worth mentioning that there are about 170 steps down to the sea. While it sounds like a lot, the walk is quite manageable and well worth it once you reach the peaceful beach."
