"What a little gem right on the beach. I booked last minute and staff was so friendly and accommodating. Great location with easy access to the beach and those refreshing clear Adriatic waters. Wonderful breakfast included, as well as free parking. The hotel has seen better days but it is very clean and has everything you need for a quick overnight. A little expensive but perfect if you are looking to get away from the crowds in Split and sleep in a chill vintage guesthouse. Recommended. "
"Property is nice. Recently renovated. So the rooms are great to stay in. Spacious and great bathroom. It has a nice public small beach in front of the hotel if you don't want to move. Breakfast had limited choice but everything necessary. Staff is very friendly and helps with everything, especially parking. "

"Great hotel right on the beach. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the place is kept spotlessly clean. Nice touches too like free beach towels and the ability to book the spa area (sauna and hot tub) for an hour at a time for free, which meant that you got private use.
We were there for a week and would definitely recommend. "
Villa Nike family house, in the natural environment on the hill with sea view

"Wow what a place! If you want a modern, sleek style close to a an atmospheric town then Villa Nike is for you.From the outset this trip was perfect. Great communication from Kristina and Željko, who welcomed us at the property even though it was late in the evening.The villa is amazing. Tastefully decorated, the villa has everything you need. From spare googles and mosquito spray to USB chargers. Freshly picked figs from the garden and a beautiful platter of food were really appreciated. It’s these little details that make such a difference. Villa Nike is a perfect size (we were 3 adults and a 17 year old) for a family with plenty of space. The beds were comfy and the living area was perfect. The pool was gorgeous and great for either a swim or splash around. The view from the house is stunning. With the Adriatic Sea in the distance and the mountain overlooking Omiš to your left you could spend hours just looking out at the amazing scenery. A ten minute drive took you to Omiš. A beautiful town which has a mix of old and new. The old town was full of atmosphere with great places to eat in the winding alleys. Full of families it felt safe and welcoming and we enjoyed our evening strolls along the river and beach.If you’re looking for a relaxing break or for a vibrant place, Villa Nike is the place to go as it has something for everyone. "We had an amazing week here, fabulous location and views. Ante was very helpful and it was a nice touch to have food provided when we arrived after a long journey. Very private and peaceful villa up the hill, though the drive up and down from Borak to Omiš can be a bit hairy at times! We would love to return here one day. "
