Amazing stay.
Amazing service at the reception and in the dining area. Everyone was friendly and kind. Very quiet hotel, perfect for family gatherings. We stayed 7 days and we had an amazing time.

The hotel double booked our room and required us to check out a day early. Even after admitted it was an error on their part, they refused to accommodate and/or offer a refund for the final night we were no able to stay in our room. Resulting in us paying for accommodations we did not even receive. They received payment twice for a room that only one guest was able to stay in, which was not us.

Another great stay.
Another excellent stay at Vista Mare. Staff always welcoming, room comfortable and well appointed. Breakfast is fantastic.

Beautiful, but...
The hotel itself is probably the cleanest I have ever stayed at and I have traveled extensively. But... the spa has problems - there is a not-so-nice smell when you enter the spa area. The water hoses in the Turkish bath didn’t work and the Finnish sauna was much hotter than a normal one. The rest area was okay. The other negative was the staff. Too formal may seem professional but it is not welcoming. Beautiful interiors and clean but we probably would not go back.

An outstanding Hotel
The hotel is easy to find, and must be quite new or refurbished. it has a lovely roof top deck with spa pool, and a gym downstairs. the breakfast was the best I have ever had in Italy !! Highly recommended.

Terrible experience, lied to
Booked and paid for in advance, and confirmed. No room available on arrival and the hotel had already arranged an equivalent hotel/room. Except they hadn't. I had booked a room with a sea view and breakfast, in a hotel with a bar and restaurant. They put me in an apartment a few km away, with no service, no amenities, no view, no breakfast, no toiletries. Arriving at 10pm there was no chance to buy things such as shampoo. Disgraceful. hotels.com were very sympathetic and provide a voucher, but as for this hotel, a terrible experience. There were plenty of similar hotels nearby they could have arranged, why an apartment and why claim "yes its a hotel with a sea view". Outright lies.

Great stopover location
Super hotel very smart right on seafront.Problems with WiFi except in reception.Comfortable room, and very quiet. Super restaurant nearby, simple but great food and service

Soggiorno perfetto!
Ottima struttura ricettiva fronte mare, con particolare attenzione alla pulizia e all'accoglienza. La colazione è eccellente, con servizio alla carte ed estremamente vario nel menú. Il personale che ci ha servito ci ha fatto sentire come a casa. Ci siamo trovati veramente bene, per cui se ne consiglia una permanenza prolungata.

Otroligt fint hotell!!
Bland de bästa hotellen jag har besökt i Italien! Verkligen 10/10. Personalen hittade alltid lösning till problem som uppstod, till exmpel då köket var stängt kl. 22.30 så hjälpte hotellet oss att beställa pizza till rummet utan extra kostnad. Rummen är alltid rena och fräscha efter att de har städat den, de glömmer inte smuts eller gömmer som andra hotell kan göra. Alltid nya och fräscha handdukar och lakan. Kommer verkligen besöka detta hotell igen och att havet är precis vid hotellet är ju en dröm.

Ottimo hotel in zona un po’ fuori Cesenatico. Molto tranquillo, pulito, buon servizio colazione ( purtroppo a causa del Civid) non c’è il buffet ma si può ordinare ciò che si desidera dal dolce al salato, personale gentile

Top 4 Sterne Hotel
Absolutes Top 4 Sterne Hitel direkt an Strand nur durch eine kleine Strasse getrennt. Sehr freundlich Personal im ganzen Haus. Die Zimmer sind stylisch und zugleich modern und verfügen über alles was man braucht. Die Verglasung ist absolut genial so das man fast nichts mehr hört. Super serviertes Frühstück was keine Wünsche offen lässt.

Obwohl wir außerhalb der Saison kamen, war das Essen ein Traum, der Service wirklich super freundlich und schnell. Der Spa Bereich ist für die Entspannung zwischendurch wirklich völlig ausreichend und das Frühstücksbuffet sucht aus meiner Sicht sogar im Vergleich zu den Hotels von Steigenberger und co. seinesgleich. Wir kommen im Sommer sicher wieder.

Härligt året-runt hotell direkt vid stranden.
Det var ett härligt hotell i anslutning till stranden med fina havsutsikt både för oss och vår hund. Det enda som var synd var att det inte stod på sidan att jacuzzin på takterassen bara var öppen under säsong, på många hotell har man ju utomhusjacuzzin öppet året runt oavsett väder, det är lite det som är charmen. Det hade varit fantastiskt på den terassen, värt 10/10. Det andra som inte heller stod på sidan vara att restaurangen kan var stängd utanför säsong. Vet man det kan man äta innan man kommer. Nu blev vi tipsade om en bra restaurang ca 15 min bort, men med min mans ryggskott var det lite problem. Utöver det var det verkligen ett toppenhotell med fantastisk frukost för att vara i Italien, här saknades inget! Personalen var också väldigt vänliga och tillmötesgående. Fanns en stor och varm bubbelpool i källaren.
