"I have stayed a few times. I really wanted to say better things about this trip…let me start with the good things. The staff are amazing. The food was amazing. The proximity to the metro, to the city center, incredible. However, this trip was not so great. I had a horrible time sleeping. The bed felt rounded so I kept falling in the middle of the two twin beds (to make a king). The room wouldn’t cool even though I had my ac on full blast. I called down to get them to turn my room temp down but it didn’t work. So I opened my windows every night. Then at 6am would hear "

"Scariest experience ever, avoid!! This hotel is a labyrinth, with a residential area only separated by an automatic door. The door open to you, you cross the door and there’s no way to return to the hotel, unless a resident open the gate on the first floor. This is specially scary if you have kids. It happened to me and this issue made me miss my slot to see the Last Supper (the only reason that I was in Milan). I was lucky that a resident was near their window and he was gentle enough to open the gate. The hotel staff was super rude and they said that “I was not supposed to be on that side”.. Well, I was looking for and exit and that door opened automatically, if I wasn’t supposed to be there, the door should have been locked!! Trafficking vibes all over, scary and traumatic.. avoid!"
