We stayed in the room that is on top of the water, if you get sea sick don’t get this room. It was beautiful experience. The view was great. You can swim in the lake or you can swim in their pool. "

Room service was amazing and friendly. Water pressure in the shower needs to be fixed would be my only complaint. Also not much visibility looking out from the globe through the not so clear panels. "The location is not in downtown, so you’ll need to take Bus or car to get to Juayúa. It is a beautiful spot with many trees and a nice building. No AC. Our room had a strange odor, maybe an insecticide applied to the sofa? No screen on window, otherwise would’ve been a pleasant breeze as the evening air is wonderfully refreshing."
