"Staff at front desk was very unprofessional and disrespectful. For some reason they had trouble finding my reservation after repeatedly telling them all the information. Three different people at the desk looked through their system and couldn’t find it while I spent over 30 minutes standing there. They kept sending me away telling me I was at the wrong place. "The hotel was as I expected. Nothing fancy but clean, comfortable, with easy access from the city. There was parking always available. The restaurant, bar, and the pool were open. The people who worked there had the best predisposition to help and make our time in the hotel great. "
