  • The old Podere Eduardo estate consists of 2 residential units for 5 and 10 people in separate houses. It is located in the great Valnerina National Park, north-east of Spoleto, near the village of Cerreto di Spoleto and has a great, quiet, panoramic location with great views of the surroundings. A beautiful garden with pine, cypress and flowering shrubs is available to the holiday guests on two levels. In one corner there is a pool with a diameter of 6 m. Casa Pinella is for max. 5 people and has a living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. Casa Rosetta is for max. 10 and has a large living room with kitchenette and fireplace, 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The two residential units can be rented together or separately.
