Very calm location in the country. Was welcomed by Ginetto himself who was very welcoming. Room was clean and modern. Plenty of hot water. The room was a little hot hut the air conditioning took care of that. Breakfast is coffee and cake - they're great cakes! Would come again. Thanks Ginetto

Bellissimo casale ristrutturato, paesaggio intorno incantevole fuori dai classici schemi di viaggio, le indicazioni essendo fuori Cascia, andrebbero migliorate. Il titolare cortese ma con poca pazienza con i clienti più esigenti, è da capire la pressione che subisce, ma i clienti , comunque, fanno parecchia strada per arrivare al suo casale e meriterebbero un sorriso piuttosto che un viso scocciato.

Bel posto immerso nella campagna umbra. Camera grande ma non particolarmente funzionale. Ritardo nella preparazione della camera e nessun servizio bagagli (non poche scale strette e niente ascensore). Ottima colazione (solo dolce, niente salato).

Molto accogliente, la stanza nonostante il caldo di questi giorni risultava fresca. La colazione forse un pizzico in piu non avrebbe guastato, avrei aggiunto del salato siamo nella terra dei formaggi e salumi. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

Relax e silenzio garantito

Siamo capitati in questa struttura di passaggio, e giacché tutt'altro che a portata di mano vi garantisco che è stata una mezza impresa! Ma tutto sommato ne è valsa la pena, stanze come appartamenti con camino, tv un pò andate ma ci si va per la tranquillità, abbiamo approfittato anche del ristorante e devo dire che forse è la parte migliore, rapporto qualità prezzo. Magari dopo 10 minuti vorresti cambiare ma alla fine ti spiace lasciarlo e godere degli spazi e della natura attorno. Il Confort non è altissimo, la pulizia decente ma tutto sommato ok.
